AirAsia launches new direct route from Chiang Rai to Hangzhou

AirAsia has added a new direct route from its Chiang Rai hub, launching four times weekly services between Chiang Rai and Hangzhou. The flights will start on 1st December and will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft. A special launch introductory promotional fare starting from THB2,590* each way is on sale now.

Hangzhou, one of China’s oldest cities, is home to picturesque sites such as Xihu Lake, Lingyin Temple and Leifeng Pagoda, making it a cultural and artistic haven for many. Moreover, the city is a wonderful destination for travellers looking to enjoy cool weather and snow. With easy access to a high-speed bullet train, visitors are also able to connect from Hangzhou to Shanghai in just one hour.
