Brazil deal for Radisson Hotel Group.

Leading global hospitality giants, the Radisson Hotel Group has confirmed this week that it has signed a Master Franchise Agreement with Atlantica Hotels in Brazil. The two companies have held a longstanding relationship for nearly 20 years. Atlantica Hotels was previously a licensee for Radisson Hotel Group’s brands in Brazil, including Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Radisson and Park Inn by Radisson. The Master Franchise Agreement will cover all seven of Radisson Hotel Group’s brands. The signing of this agreement will extend this relationship for another 20 years while growing Radisson Hotel Group’s presence throughout the country.

Radisson Hotel Group is pleased to announce the introduction of two new and exciting brands at London Heathrow, joining forces under one roof. It also brings the first-ever Radisson-branded hotel to the UK.

Radisson Rewards extends expiration extension

Due to the ongoing coronavirus COVID-19 situation and the many challenges it has caused regular travellers,  Radisson Rewards has decided to extend the benefits extension regarding points, the group has confirmed this week.

Point expiration suspension:
Radisson has extended the pause on the expiration of Radisson Rewards points. Any points that were set to expire between March 1, 2020, and March 30, 2021, will now expire on March 31, 2021, if the account remains inactive.

Elite status extension:
Radisson has extended members 2020 status – whether it’s Silver, Gold or Platinum - through February 2022, for those whose status would have expired in February 2021. This means you will continue to enjoy all the great Silver, Gold or Platinum member benefits you have access to today.

Elite earning roll over:

Radisson Brand to enter Russia with new hotel in Perm

Radisson Hotel Group has confirmed it has signed a deal for the first Radisson-branded hotel in Russia.

Set to arrive in the Urals region of the country, the newly built Radisson Hotel Perm will have 150 rooms and is due to open in late 2021. This new signing brings the group’s Russian portfolio to a total of 39 hotels and 10,320 rooms in operation or under development.

Last year, traffic at Perm International Airport reached 1.2 million passengers and continues to grow from both local and international destinations. It is rapidly developing as a destination for both leisure and business travellers.
