aha! the leisure brand of ExpressJet Airlines has launched flights between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and Palm Springs International Airport, with the first flight taking off yesterday, 3rd January.
The airline will operate the schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with the Reno to Palm Springs flights departing at 8:40 am. arriving at 10:15 am. The return departs Palm Springs International Airport at 11:05 am and arrives in Reno-Tahoe at 12:40 pm. The carrier has a fleet of Embraer ERJ145 jets featuring 50 passenger seats.

"Our airport, which was recently named Best Small US Airport, continues to add more travel options making it easier for our community to choose to fly PSP. aha!'s flights to Reno are a welcome addition, and they will provide residents in northern Nevada an easy way to visit our desert paradise."

aha! has been designed to provide travellers in smaller communities, many who have seen air service reduced over the past decade with convenient, short, nonstop flights to high-quality destinations like the Reno-Lake Tahoe region.
