Following the refusal of the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation to grant flight permits, FLYONE, has been forced to cancel its flights to and from Moscow from now on.
The carrier says the decision violates the principle of reciprocity established by the bilateral agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation, in the context in which permits are offered only to the airline registered in the Russian Federation. The airline has asked the Civil Aviation Authority, to take the necessary measures, in accordance with national and international acts, which come to ensure a level playing field, fair and competitive for all air operators.
