MH370 - It was murder says investigator

It was a murder-suicide that caused the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 according to Martin Dolan, the Australian investigator who led the search for the missing aircraft for two years.

During an Australian 60 Minutes television, he and other investigators asserted that Captain Zaharie Amad Shah orchestrated the crash and did everything he could to ensure it went as planned. They claim the pilot had “deliberately evaded radar” and affected the crash of the aircraft in a drastic murder-suicide, murdering 239 people.

The Boeing 777 had been flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing when it seemed to disappear causing a multimillion dollar search, which has, as of yet not succeeded in locating the aircraft or what debris is left of it

During the TV programme, Martin Dolan, says “This was planned, this was deliberate, and it was done over an extended period of time.” he dismissed any kind of terrorism because no group has sought credit for the missing aircraft, “If this had been a terrorist event, it’s almost invariable that a terrorist organisation will claim credit for the event. There was no such claim made,” he said.

Another investigator commented, "He was killing himself; unfortunately, he was killing everybody else on board, and he did it deliberately, There is no reason not to believe that the pilot did not depressurise the cabin to incapacitate the passengers.”

During the programme, they reconstructed the route taken by the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 on flight MH370 based on some military radar points. They claim that Captian Shah delibrately flew the aircraft dipping across the Malaysia and Thailand border, in an effort to evade detection from either side which proved successful as no military aircraft is known to have been was sent to investigate.

The TV investigation concludes that it was a deliberate act and that all the searching has been in the wrong place "I think someone was controlling the aircraft until the end, - This was a mission by one of the crew to hide the aircraft as far away from civilization as possible… Which puts us way outside the search area that is currently being done." they claim.
