The initial routes from Baku for the low cost airline will be  Antalya, Kazan, Tbilisi,  Kiev, Moscow, and Tehran. A little later they will start services to Istanbul and St. Petersburg, there are also plans for a service from Ganja to Moscow.

The airline promises fares will start at just €29 that's around $34 one way - to all destinations, and in common with many low cost and ultra low cost carriers Buta will charge extra for things like taking a bag into the cabin, hold luggage, using the check-in counters, extra leg-room seats and front row seats. Whilst the airline will also charge for hot meals - around  €8, they will be giving away water and sandwiches free of charge on all flights.
