Argentina's first low-cost airline to float on Nasdaq Stock Market

Flybondi Limited, Argentina’s first and largest low-cost airline, today announced its plans to list on the Nasdaq Stock Market and its entry into a definitive business combination agreement with Integral Acquisition Corporation 1. Shares of the airline are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol “FLYB”.
