IAG Cargo appoints Caroline Andrews as new Chief People Officer

        IAG Cargo, the cargo division of International Airlines Group (IAG), has announced the appointment of Caroline Andrews as Chief People Officer. Caroline joined the business at the start of May from DHL Express where she was Vice President of HR, UK and Ireland. Previously she also served as Group Head of HR at Carphone Warehouse.

As Chief People Officer, Caroline will focus on developing IAG Cargo’s talent strategy globally, overseeing employee experience for a growing global workforce across 2,250 colleagues.

IAG Cargo recently kicked off its largest-ever recruitment drive, looking to hire 500 new employees across the business as part of growth plans. Caroline’s role and experience are more crucial than ever as the business drives forward its ambition to become an employer of choice.
