Thai Airways to start international flights at the end of the month


Thai Airways will be restarting around 36 international routes from the end of October, Non Kalinta, the airlines Vice President of Commerce confirmed earlier this week.

In response to the Thai Government reopening the nation to travellers and tourists, the airline will re-introduce services to various cities including London, Paris, Copenhagen, Sydney and Tokyo.  The new winter schedule will be in operation from 31st October until 26th March. 

In the new timetable, the airline will be flying to London from Both Bangkok and Phuket on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.  Service to Paris will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays from  Phuket and Bangkok with an extra rotation from Bangkok on Sundays.  Copenhagen service is expected to be flown on Thursdays from Phuket and from Bangkok on Wednesdays Thursdays and Sundays. The Munich service will start in January on Sundays from Bangkok and Phuket. 

The airline says it's Bangkok-Sydney route is destined to operate on Wednesdays and Sundays.  Manila returns on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, Osaka on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  Tokyo is scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, Nagoya will be flown on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays all from Bangkok.
