A new video from The Royal Dutch Airline KLM strikes at the heart of what travelling can mean during these difficult times. The airline tells us a flight can be the lifeline between the people and the places you love most. And although technology can replace a great many things, we also learned one thing it can’t: Being together. We discovered that a virtual drink just doesn’t have the same flavour and your big days should be shared, not streamed. But most importantly, we learned there's no substitute for a hug.
