Finnair is celebrating the achievements of women on International Women's Day. 57% of Finnair's workforce consists of women, and one of these accomplished individuals is Sara Mosebar. As the Manager of Operative Engineering, her role is to ensure the Finnair Airbus fleet is safe and reliable. Sara and her team are responsible for the overall Aircraft Technical Reliability, including defect management and systems health monitoring. Sara says: "Almost every day I think to myself 'I love my job!' I am surrounded by incredibly skilled and passionate individuals, who are all committed to the singular shared goal of keeping our airplanes flying."
