SriLankan Airlines suspends all passenger flights due to Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak

SriLankan Airlines has decided to temporarily suspend all its flights from 8th April 2020 to 21st of April 2020 in view of the travel restrictions and entry bands in a number of other countries that it flies to.

The airline said it would be constantly reviewing the market conditions and the restrictions imposed by the various authorities so it could recommence its operations at short notice even before the 21st April 2020 in the event such restrictions are lifted.

The carriers cargo services will continue to operate across its worldwide network and special flights would be added as and when required.
