British Airways A350 and Emirates Airlines 777 collide on the ground at Dubai.

An investigation is underway at Dubai International Airport after two aircraft came into contact on Tuesday morning n Tuesday morning.

The British Airways aircraft, Airbus A350 - registration G-XWBA was operating a cargo rotation from Dubai to London Heathrow and was being pushed back from a stand when part of its horizontal stabiliser came into contact with an Emirates Boeing 777, registration A6-EBR.  Both aircraft received minor damage and will need repairs. 

Emirates confirmed in a statement.“We can confirm that early this morning (April 14), another airline’s aircraft made contact with a stationary Emirates aircraft at Dubai International airport. No one was injured. The incident is under investigation,”
