New Planes, New Routes, New Partners and Now New Uniforms

Silver Airways Team Members Sport New Uniforms Welcoming Era of World-Class Customer Service Excellence for Newly-Transformed Leading Regional Airline


From new state-of-the-art planes and new routes to a renewed focus on airline and community partnerships, and a strong commitment to providing the highest level of safe, reliable and customer-focused service, the past year has been transformational for a new era of world-class service excellence at Silver Airways. Now Silver Airways’ frontline team members, including airport customer service representatives, ramp agents, supervisors and mechanics are sporting new uniform that the airline claims are stylish.  However, many say the polo style shirt tops look so casual it is hard to tell the staff from passengers.  Other's have warned that such a casual uniform could breed a philosophy of causality with regards to service and safety. 

“Continuing to develop and foster our relationships with our customers, airline and community partners, and our team members is hugely important to all of us at Silver Airways, and we take great pride in providing the highest level of customer service excellence for everyone we serve,” said Silver Airways CEO Steve Rossum. “Our new uniforms are a direct extension of Silver Airways’ customer service excellence approach and put us in line with the world’s leading airlines we are proud to partner with and the local communities we serve.”

More than just a new look, Silver Airways’ new uniforms go hand-in-hand and are integral to the airline’s “Silver Service Approach” training program that provides team members with tools to allow them to succeed in delivering world-class service for its customers, airline and business partners, the communities it serves and each other.
