An investigation is underway after a Jazeera Airways aircraft carrying 145 people appeared to catch fire upon landing at India's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad early this morning.

According to local media reports, staff in the airport's control tower spotted what looked like a small fire in one of the aircraft's engines as it landed. They informed the pilot who shut down both engines as the fire services were scrambled to attend the plane.
