Czech Airlines and Ukraine International Airlines have agreed on business co-operation they confirmed this week. The deal takes effect from 6th November 2017, when the carriers will codeshare all regular scheduled flights operated by both airlines between Prague and Kyiv.
The arrangement will allow customers a greater selection of flights and better connections between the capitals of the Czech Republic and Ukraine. Together the airlines will now offer up to 12 return flights a week on the route, i.e. two flights a day except on Wednesdays and Saturdays when one connection will be operated.
Czech Airlines customers will thus be able to select flights with OK codes on the route operated from Prague to Kyiv by Ukraine International Airlines as follows:
4 midday flights (on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing at 11:30 am) and
3 afternoon flights (on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, departing at 3:20 pm).
In return, Ukraine International Airlines clients will be able to purchase tickets under PS codes for flights operated from Prague to Kyiv by Czech Airlines as follows:
5 evening flights (on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing at 10:40 pm).
The Codeshare flights have already gone on sale and prices of one-way tickets from Prague to Kyiv start at CZK 2,969, from Kyiv to Prague at UAH 3,045.
