IATA lists of current travel restrictions due to coronavirus COVID-19

As the coronavirus COVID-19 crisis continues to expand, many nations around the world have instigated new travel restrictions and arrival bans on foreign nationals, IATA  the International Air Transport Association has produced a list of the current restrictions on entry to a number of countries with Timatic. 


ANGOLA - published 11.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who arrive from or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are not allowed to enter Angola.
- This does not apply to airline crew and nationals of Angola.
2. Residents of Angola, airline crew and nationals of Angola who arrive from or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) will be put in quarantine.
3. A completed sanitary control sheet must be presented to the National Directorate of Public Health of the Ministry of Health upon arrival.

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA
 - published 12.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 28 days are not allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda.
2. Nationals and resident diplomats of Antigua and Barbuda who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 28 days are allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda. Airlines must provide their advance passenger information before departure.
ARMENIA - published 11.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport are no longer visa exempt.2. Nationals of Iran can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
They must obtain a visa or an e-visa prior to their arrival in Armenia. The e-visa can be obtained at https://evisa.mfa.am/

ARUBA - published 15.03.2020
Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days will be subject to immediate screening by the Department of Public Health. The Department of Public Health will decide if the passengers or airline crew must be quarantined or isolated.
Effective 16.03.2020 (00:00UTC -4)
Passengers who have been in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Iran, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Aruba.
    -This does not apply to residents of Aruba.

AUSTRALIA - published 15.03.2020
1.Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Australia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.
- This does not apply to nationals of New Zealand residing in Australia. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Passengers who have been in the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' are not allowed to transit or enter Australia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Iran on or after 1 March 2020 are not allowed to enter Australia for 14 days, from the time they left or transited through Iran.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia, their immediate family members, permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
4. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Korea (Rep.) on or after 2100 AEDST 5 March 2020 are not allowed to enter Australia for 14 days, from the time they left or transited through Korea (Rep.).
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia, their immediate family members, permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
5. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Italy on or after 1800 AEDST 11 March 2020 are not allowed to enter Australia for 14 days, from the time they left or transited through Italy.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia, their immediate family members, permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
6. All passengers are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.

AUSTRIA - published 14.03.2020
Passengers and crew members who have been in Hubei Province of China (People's Rep.), France, Italy, Iran , Korea (Rep.), Spain or Switzerland in the past 14 days must have a medical certificate dated from a maximum of 4 days before their arrival in Austria. The medical certificate must :
- confirm that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19), and
- be in German or in English, and
- be obtained at 
https://infothek.bmvit.gv.at/massnahmen-bei-der-einreise-aus-sars-cov-2-risikogebieten/ .
- This does not apply to nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
- This does not apply to passengers with a British passport.
- This does not apply to crew members of cargo, emergency, rescue/ambulance or ferry flights.
AZERBAIJAN - published 13.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan if they do not have a visa obtained before departure.
2. Nationals of Bahrain, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE and USA are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan if they do not have a visa obtained before departure.
3. The issuance of e-visas and visa on arrival has been suspended.
BAHAMAS - published 07.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 20 days are not allowed to enter.
2. Residents of the Bahamas who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) will be subject to immediate quarantine for a maximum of 14 days.

BAHRAIN – published 14.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit and enter Bahrain. 
- This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Bahrain.
- This does not apply to military personnel.
- This does not apply to passengers with a special approval from Nationality, Passport Residence Affairs Directorate of Bahrain.
- This does not apply to passengers with a valid letter of Prior Permission Granted which is presented prior to boarding.
2. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand in the past 14 days must have a valid visa prior to arrival.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Bahrain.
- This does not apply to passengers with a valid letter of Prior Permission Granted which is presented prior to boarding.
3. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates who have transited through or have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom or USA will be subject to quarantine and enhanced testing procedures recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). 
4. Passengers who reside in Bahrain and who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand will be subject to quarantine and enhanced testing procedures recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
5. Border crossing on the causeway has been temporarily suspended due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
BANGLADESH - published 05.03.2020
1. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) with a pre-arranged visa must have a medical certificate stating that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). The certificate must be duly certified by the embassy.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bangladesh.
3. Nationals of China (Peoples' Rep.), passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport, a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport or a Macao (SAR China) passport traveling to Bangladesh can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
4. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) must fill-in a Health Clearance Form provided by cabin crew.
BELIZE - published 15.03.2020
Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Spain will be put under quarantine at their own expense.
- This does not apply to airline crew.

BENIN - published 11.03.2020
Passengers who have been in Coronavirus (COVID-19) affected countries are subject to self-quarantine for 14 days.
- This does not apply to crew members.

BERMUDA - published 06.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Iran, Italy (northern regions), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam in the past 14 days are subject to quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.
2. Passengers who show any symptom of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or have a relevant travel history, will be put into immediate isolation.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA - published 12.03.2020
1- Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) (Hubei - Wuhan Province), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are not allowed to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
2. Nationals and residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina who have been in China (People's Rep.) (Hubei - Wuhan Province), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) must complete a health questionnaire and will be put under medical supervision.

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM - published 07.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in the Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Brunei Darussalam.
- This does not apply to nationals of Brunei Darussalam.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam.
2. Passengers who have been in Iran or Italy in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Brunei Darussalam.
- This does not apply to nationals of Brunei Darussalam.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam. 
3. Nationals and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam who have been in China (People’s Rep.) in the past 14 days are required to undergo self-isolation for 14 days.
4. Long-term visa holders who have been in regions other than Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces of China (People’s Rep.) in the past 14 days are required to undergo self-isolation for 14 days upon arrival in Brunei Darussalam.

CAMBODIA – published 14.03.2020
Effective from 17.03.2020:
All passengers who in the past 14 days have been to, or are originating from France, Germany, Italy, Spain or USA are not allowed to enter or transit Cambodia. This restriction applies for 30 days.

This does not apply to nationals of Cambodia or residents of Cambodia.

CANADA - published 24.02.2020
Passengers who were in the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' are subject to a mandatory 14-day isolation at a quarantine facility upon arrival in Canada.

CAYMAN ISL. - published 15.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Cayman Isl.
-This does not apply to nationals of Cayman Isl. and residents of Cayman Isl.
2. Residents of Cayman Isl. who have been in China (People’s Rep.) in the past 14 days will be quarantined.
Effective 16 March 2020:
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or a Schengen Member State in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Cayman Isl.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Cayman Isl.
2. Nationals and residents of Cayman Isl. who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or a Schengen Member State in the past 14 days will be quarantined at home under the direction of the Medical Officer of Health.

CHILE - published 11.03.2020
Passengers and airline crew who have been in Italy or Spain will be isolated for 14 days.

CHINA (People's Rep.) - published 13.03.2020
1. Passengers who live in or have been in France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Spain or USA in the past 14 days arriving at Guangzhou (CAN), Shanghai (PVG), Shanghai (SHA) or Shenzhen (SZX) must undergo 14-day quarantine at home or in designated places for medical observation.
2. All passengers arriving at PEK must self-isolate for 14 days.
3. Passengers arriving from Iran, Italy, Japan or Korea (Rep.) and traveling to Beijing (PEK), Guangzhou (CAN) or Shanghai (PVG) are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
CHINESE TAIPEI – published 14.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to transit or enter Chinese Taipei.
- This does not apply if their spouse is from Chinese Taipei.
2. Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport or Macao (SAR China) passport are not allowed to enter Chinese Taipei.
- This does not apply if their spouse or their parent(s) is from Chinese Taipei. They must have an ROC (Taiwan) Resident Certificate and must be in home quarantine for 14 days.
- This does not apply when they are on business trips or are being transferred by multinational companies. They must be in home quarantine for 14 days.
3. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Chinese Taipei.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport.
- This does not apply to residents of Chinese Taipei with a ROC (Taiwan) Resident Certificate, type APRC or ARC.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport.
- This does not apply to passengers who have transited through China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days but not leaving the transit areas. They will be under home quarantine for 14 days.
- This does not apply to airline crew who have transited through China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) but not leaving the transit areas. They can enter with a guarantee letter proving that they have not entered China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days.
4. Passengers who reside in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) are not allowed to enter Chinese Taipei.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport.
5. Passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or United Arab Emirates must be in home quarantine for 14 days. 

COLOMBIA - published 14.03.2020
Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), France, Italy or Spain are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days. They must fill-in a health registration form on arrival.  
COMORES ISLANDS - published 17.02.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) or in any other country with confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 14 days must have spent a period of 14 days in quarantine in a country that is free from Coronavirus (COVID-19).

COOK ISL. - published 27.02.2020
Passengers who have been in Cambodia, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Japan, Hong Kong (SAR China), Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Lao People's Dem. Rep., Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand or Viet Nam in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Cook Isl.

CROATIA - published 15.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Hubei province in China (People's Rep.), Heinsberg county in Germany, Iran, Italy or Daegu city and Cheongdo province in Korea (Rep.). in the past 14 days will be placed in quarantine for 14 days at their own expenses. 
-This does not apply to nationals of Croatia.
2. Passengers and airline crew who have been in in countries or territories having transmission classification indicated by the latest issue of the WHO Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) situation report as 'Community Transmission' or 'Local Transmission' in the past 14 days, will be subject to self-isolate for 14 days. Passengers without residence in Croatia must present proof of hotel confirmation. 
- This does not apply to nationals of Croatia.
3. Nationals of Croatia who have been in in countries or territories having transmission classification indicated by the latest issue of the WHO Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) situation report as 'Community Transmission' or 'Local Transmission' in the past 14 days, will be subject to self-isolate/quarantine for 14 days. 
4. A completed Public Health Passenger Locator Form must be presented upon arrival.
CURACAO - published 12.03.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Iran, Italy (provinces Lobmardy, Veneto, Emiglia Romagna, Piemonte, Aosta Valley, Trentino South Tirol, Friuli-Julisch-Venice and Liguria), Hong Kong (SAR China), Macao (SAR China),  Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Curacao.

CYPRUS - published 14.03.2020
Effective 15 March 2020:
Passengers are not allowed to enter Cyprus.
- This does not apply to nationals of Cyprus.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Cyprus.
- This does not apply to passengers who are in a diplomatic mission.
- This does not apply to passengers with a special authorization issued by the competent ministry of Cyprus.
- This does not apply to passengers attending educational institutions in Cyprus.

CZECHIA - published 14.03.2020
Passengers travelling from Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA or United Kingdom are not allowed to enter Czechia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Czechia.
- This does not apply to residents of Czechia with a residence permit for stay over 90 days or for permanent stay.
- This does not apply when passengers have only transited through Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA or United Kingdom.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Czechia long-stay visa (not including visa stickers with a national comment D/VR/XX).
- This does not apply to holders of the European Health Insurance Card issued by Czechia.

DENMARK - published 14.03.2020
Effective 12:00pm local time, 14.03.2020:
All passengers are not allowed to enter Denmark.
- This does not apply to nationals of Denmark.
- This does not apply to residents of Denmark.
- This does not apply to passengers with one of the following purposes:
a. Visiting a critically or terminal ill family member;
b. Participating in a funeral;
c. Called for a court case;
d. Exercising visitation rights with a minor;
e. Being a legal guardian for a minor;
f. Already in an ongoing health treatment;
g. Have employment in Denmark – documentation needed;
h. Passengers in transit or with connecting flights, and who can provide/present valid ticket for next destination which must be non-domestic;
i. Passengers who can provide documentation for having their vehicle parked at Copenhagen Airport, and who need the vehicle for their ongoing journey out of Denmark (e.g. to Sweden).

ECUADOR – published 14.03.2020
Passengers arriving from Hubei or Guandong Provinces (China People's Rep.), France, Germany, Italy, Iran, Korea (Rep.) or Spain are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days. They must fill-in a special migration form upon arrival.
 
EGYPT - published 06.03.2020
1. Nationals of Qatar are not allowed to enter Egypt.
2. Passengers who have been in Bahrain, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, Spain, Thailand or Vietnam will be screened upon arrival, and;
-must present a completed “Health Observation Card”, upon arrival, and
-will be followed up for a period of 14 days.
Before arrival of the flight, carriers must complete and present a “Notifying Form” to the General Quarantine administration.
EL SALVADOR - published 12.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to enter El Salvador.
- This does not apply to nationals of El Salvador.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in El Salvador.
- This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, official, service or special passport and their immediate family members.

FALKLAND ISL. (MALVINAS) - published 13.03.2020
1. Passengers who arrive from or have been in Wuhan City or Hubei Province of China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Daegu or Cheongdo of Korea (Rep.), in the past 14 days, and are not a Falkland Islands resident, should not travel to the Falkland Islands.  All such arrivals, including local residents, will be interviewed and medically examined on arrival.  They will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.
2. Passengers who arrive from or have been in Cambodia, China (People's Rep.) (except Wuhan City or Hubei Province), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu or Cheongdo), Lao People's Dem. Rep, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand or Viet Nam should contact the local hospital on 28000 if they develop relevant symptoms, and self-isolate immediately.
3. Anyone from any of the above countries or areas who arrives with relevant symptoms (cough, high temperature or shortness of breath etc.) will be isolated immediately on arrival under public health legislation.
FIJI - published 10.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Fiji.
- This does not apply to nationals of Fiji.
FRENCH POLYNESIA - published 10.03.2020
All passengers are recommended to present a medical certificate dated maximum 5 days before their arrival in French Polynesia. On arrival, mandatory health screening will be carried out for all passengers.  Should a passenger present health risks related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), they will be directed to quarantine process for 14 days in French Polynesia.

GABON - published 11.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days, are not allowed to enter Gabon.
2. Passengers who have been in coronavirus (COVID-19) affected countries, are subject to quarantine for 14 days.

GEORGIA - published 07.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) arriving from China (People's Rep.) or Iran are not allowed to enter Georgia.
2. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) who have been in China (People's Rep.) or Iran in the last 14 days are not allowed to enter Georgia.
3. Nationals of Iran arriving from China (People's Rep.) or Iran are not allowed to enter Georgia.
4. Nationals of Iran who have been in China (People's Rep.) or Iran in the last 14 days are not allowed to enter Georgia.
5. Nationals of Georgia who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine.
6. Passengers other than nationals of Georgia who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days must:
- undergo a 14-day quarantine; or
- present a coronavirus-free (PCR) certificate issued by a laboratory of the country of departure or, in case of transit, by a laboratory of the transit country.
GRENADA - published 10.02.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter Grenada.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Grenada.

Passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA are not allowed to enter Honduras.

HONG KONG - published 11.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a passport issued in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter Hong Kong (SAR China).
2. Passengers who reside or have been in the Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Hong Kong (SAR China).
- This does not apply to passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport.

3. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran or the Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Veneto regions (covering Bologna, Milan, Venice and Verona) in Italy in the past 14 days, are not allowed to enter if their permitted stay in Hong Kong (SAR China) is less than 14 days.

4. Nationals of Japan and Korea (Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
5. Passengers are required to fill the self-declaration form in duplicate upon arrival.
6. All passengers must go thorough medical screening upon arrival.
7. Passengers who arrive from or have been in Italy or Korea (Rep.) with a visa issued after 5 March 2020 by India are only allowed to enter if they have a health certificate of being tested negative for Coronavirus (COVID-19) from a designated laboratory authorized by the health authorities of Italy or Korea (Rep.).
INDONESIA - published 12.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter or transit Indonesia.

2. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Tehran, Qom or Gilan in Iran in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Indonesia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
3. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche or Piedmont in Italy in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Indonesia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
4. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Indonesia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
The above restrictions 1, 2, 3, 4 do not apply to the following passengers:
- passengers with a visa issued by Indonesian Embassy; or
- passengers with an Indonesian Permanent Residence Card; or
- passengers with APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) coming from China (People's Rep.) if they can show valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. Health certificate must be in English; or
- passengers with Diplomatic Residence Permit and Official Residence Permit from China (People's Rep.), Italy, Iran and Korea (Rep.) if they can show valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. The health certificate must be in English; or
- passengers with expired Diplomatic Residence Permit and Official Residence Permit from China (People's Rep.), Italy, Iran and Korea (Rep.) if they can show valid Diplomat ID card or valid Identity card as employee of Foreign Representative working in Indonesia which issue by Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They must also have valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. The health certificate must be in English.
5. Visa Exemptions and Visa on Arrival facilities are no longer available to passengers who have been in the following areas in the past 14 days:
- China (People's Rep.); or
- Tehran, Qom or Gilan in Iran; or
- Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche or Piedmont in Italy; or
- Daegu or Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.).
6. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in areas within Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) other than the following mentioned areas must provide a valid health certificate. The certificate must be in English and have been issued at latest 7 days prior to departure from local health authority. It should contain information of (1) fit for travel and (2) free from respiratory disease.

- Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche or Piedmont in Italy;
- Daegu or Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.).

7. Passengers arriving from Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are required to complete a Health Alert Card (Kartu Kewaspadaan Kesehatan) issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia prior to arrival.
IRAN - published 10.02.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport, passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport and passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport are no longer visa exempt. However, they can obtain a visa on arrival.
They are required to clear the medical and health check upon arrival. After that they will be given a certificate.
2. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Iran.

IRAQ - published 07.03.2020
1.Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter Iraq.
2.Nationals of Iran are not allowed to enter Iraq.
- This does not apply at Erbil (EBL) and Sulaymaniyah (ISU).
3.Nationals of Iran with a normal passport are not allowed to enter via Erbil (EBL) and Sulaymaniyah (ISU).
4.Nationals of Bahrain and Kuwait with a normal passport are not allowed to enter via Erbil (EBL) and Sulaymaniyah (ISU).
5. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore or Thailand in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Iraq.

ISRAEL - published 14.03.2020
1. Passengers are required to be in home quarantine for 14 days from their date of entry. They must have an approval letter for arriving to the state of Israel, signed by the Deputy Director General of the Consular Affairs Division of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by the Population and Immigration Authority and Border Control.
- This does not apply to nationals of Israel.
- This does not apply to residents of Israel.
- This does not apply to crew members who adhere to special procedures published by Israeli Airports Authority.
- This does not apply to accredited Diplomats with a Diplomatic/Official I.D Card issued by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign affairs, stating their Diplomatic or official Status in Israel.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore or Thailand in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Israel.

- This does not apply to accredited Diplomats with a Diplomatic/Official I.D Card issued by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign affairs, stating their Diplomatic or official Status in Israel.

ITALY – published 09.03.2020
1.Passengers traveling as tourists are not allowed to enter via airports in below listed areas.
2.Passengers arriving at airports in below listed areas, are allowed to enter if they are traveling on business, for health reasons, in an emergency or if they reside in one of these areas. A completed “Self-declaration" form must be presented upon arrival.
- Areas: Alessandria, Asti, Lombardy, Modena, Novara, Padova, Parma, Pesaro and Urbino, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Rimini, Treviso-Venice, Verbano – Cusio - Ossola and Vercelli.
JAMAICA - published 14.03.2020
1.Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Singapore, Spain or the United Kingdom in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter Jamaica.
-This does not apply to nationals and residents of Jamaica.
2.Nationals of Jamaica and residents of Jamaica, who have been in the above-mentioned countries in the last 14 days will be subject to health assessment and quarantine.
3.Passengers returning from the above-mentioned countries who have been granted landing privileges and who show any symptom of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be put in immediate isolation.
4.Passengers who have been in the above-mentioned countries and have been granted landing privileges will be assessed by the Ministry of Health and Wellness and:
- those classified as high risk will be quarantined in government facilities;
- those classified as low-risk will be quarantined at home under the supervision of the Parish Health Department.
- those who display any symptom of Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be placed in immediate isolation at a health facility.


JAPAN - published 11.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in the Hubei Province or Zhejiang Province (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.
- This does not apply to nationals of Japan;
- This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of Japan if they can prove it.
2. Passengers who have been in Cheongdo County or Daegu City in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.

- This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of Japan if they can prove it.
3. Passengers who have been in Gyeongsan-si, Andong-si , Yeongcheon-si, Chilgok-gun, Uiseong-gun, Seongju-gun or Gunwi-gun in Gyeongsangbuk-do in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.
-This does not apply to nationals of Japan.
-This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of Japan if they can prove it.
4. Passengers who have been in the provinces of Alborz, Gilan, Golestan, Isfahan, Lorestan, Markazi, Mazandaran, Qazvin, Qom, Semnan or Tehran in Iran in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.

6. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a passport issued in Hubei Province or Zhejiang Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter Japan.

7. Passengers who were in the cruise ship 'Westerdam' are not allowed to enter Japan.

JORDAN - published 13.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Egypt, Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Jordan.
- This does not apply to nationals of Jordan, their spouses and children.
- This does not apply to Chinese Delegations and diplomats.

Effective 14 March 2020:
1. Passengers arriving from France, Germany or Spain are required to submit a health certificate certified by official authorities proving that they are free of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Health procedure will be applied for nationals of Jordan who do not have the health certificate.
2. Passengers who have been in Iraq, Lebanon or Syria in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Jordan.

Passengers who have been in France, Germany or Spain in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Jordan.

KENYA - published 10.03.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) or in any other country with confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 14 days must complete a health declaration form and present it at the Government port health officials upon arrival.
KIRIBATI - published 04.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in Australia, China (People's Rep.), Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, USA, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom or Viet Nam are not allowed to enter Kiribati. They must have stayed in a country with no confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) for a period of minimum 14 days before entering Kiribati. They must provide a medical clearance to confirm that they are free from the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
2. Passengers must fill-in a "Health Arrival Form" and e-tickets must be provided to the immigration at time of arrival.
KOREA (REP.) - published 08.03.2020
1. Visitors who have been in the Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Korea (Rep.).
2. Nationals of China (People's Rep) with a passport issued in the Hubei Province are not allowed to enter Korea (Rep.).
3. Korean visas issued by the Wuhan Consulate in the Hubei Province are invalidated.
4. A visa is required to transit through Korea (Rep.) for:
- nationals of China (People's Rep.) arriving from China (People's Rep); and
- visa required nationals arriving from China (People's Rep.).
5. Visitors arriving from Japan who have been in the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' are not allowed to transit or enter (Korea Rep.).
6. Visas issued to nationals of Japan (at Korean Diplomatic Missions in Japan) before 9 March 2020 are invalidated. 
- This does not apply to visas issued outside Japan. Such visas remain valid.

7. Nationals of Japan who do not hold a Korean visa issued on or after 9 March 2020 will not be allowed entry.

KOREA (DEM. PEOPLE'S REP.) - published 06.02.2020

KOSOVO (REP.) - published 07.02.2020

KUWAIT - published 13.03.2020
1. All passengers are not allowed to enter Kuwait.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Kuwait.
- This does not apply to the immediate relatives and the domestic workers of nationals of Kuwait.
2. Nationals of Kuwait are allowed to enter with a national ID card if they used the card when they departed from Kuwait.
3. Nationals of Kuwait who have been in Bangladesh, China (People’s Rep.), Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea Rep., Lebanon, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria or Thailand in the past 14 days must:
- obtain prior approval to enter from Kuwait Immigration Authorities, and
- complete Ministry of Health’s form of acknowledgement.
4. Immediate family members of nationals of Kuwait are allowed to enter if:
- traveling with the national of Kuwaiti, or
- prior approval to enter is obtained from Kuwait Immigration Authorities.
5. Domestic personnel are allowed to enter Kuwait if traveling with the Kuwaiti Sponsor.

KYRGYSTAN - published 10.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan or Korea (Rep.) in the past 30 days are not allowed to transit and enter Kyrgyzstan.

2. Passengers who had been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan or Korea (Rep.) 21 days or more prior to their arrival in Kyrgyzstan, will be placed in quarantine for 14 days.
3. Passengers arriving from Afghanistan, China (People's Rep.), Iran, Japan or Korea (Rep.) will be placed in quarantine for 14 days.

LEBANON- published 13.03.2020
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Spain, Syria or United Kingdom in the past 14 days, are not allowed to enter and transit Lebanon.

LITHUANIA - published 13.03.2020
A completed "Passenger Locator Card" must be presented to public health authorities upon arrival.

MACAO (SAR CHINA) - published 29.02.2020
1. Visitors who reside or have been in the Hubei Province (Chine People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Macao (SAR China) unless they prove with a valid certificate that they are not infected with the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
2. Passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport and those residing in Macao (SAR China) who have been in the Hubei Province (Chine People's Rep.) in the past 14 days must fill-in a Health Declaration Form.
3. Passengers who have been in Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) will be subject to quarantine for 14 days.

MADAGASCAR - published 29.02.2020
Passengers and airline crew who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Korea Rep. in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Madagascar.

MALAYSIA - published 12.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a passport issued in Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Malaysia.
2. Passengers who have been in the Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Malaysia and passengers who reside in Malaysia.
3. Passengers who have been in Hokkaido in Japan in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit and enter Malaysia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Malaysia.
- This does not apply to Malaysian permanent residents, Malaysian social pass holders and Malaysian student passes holders.
4. Malaysian Permanent Residents and Pass Holders (Long Term Social Visit Pass and Student Pass) who have been to Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days must undergo health screening by the Ministry of Health (KKM).

OMAN - published 14.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy and Korea (Rep.) will be allowed entry only if they had not been to China, Iran, South Korea or Italy within 14 days of arrival in Oman.
- This applies to all types of visas.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Oman.
3. Passengers arriving from Japan or Singapore will be subject to quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.

The forms must be submitted to the Public Health Authorities at point of entry.
2. Passengers and airline crew on board of a flight where even one passenger is traveling directly or indirectly from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must fill-in the "health part" of the general declaration form provided by the cabin crew. Effective from 15.03.2020:
Passengers are not allowed to enter Poland.

Entry into Poland is still allowed for:
a)               Nationals of Poland, their spouses and children.

SAMOA (AMERICAN) – published 14.03.2020
1. Nationals of the USA and residents of Samoa (American) who transited or have been in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington or Wisconsin, are subject to Public Health screening and might be medically or home quarantined.
2. Entry Permits, issued by Samoa (American) instead of visas, are suspended.

SINGAPORE - published 14.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the last 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to residents of Singapore (Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents or travelers holding a long-term pass (Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Visit Pass only) with final destination Singapore. If they have been in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) in the last 14 days, they will be quarantined upon entry in Singapore. For the others, they will be issued Stay-Home-Notices (SHNs) upon entry in Singapore.
2. For work pass holders with travel history to mainland China in the last 14 days, they are allowed to enter Singapore subjected to the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) prior approval. They are required to show the MOM approval letter to airline staff upon check-in and before boarding.
3. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to residents of Singapore (Permanent Residents only) or travelers holding a long-term pass (Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Visit Pass only) with final destination Singapore. They will be quarantined upon entry in Singapore.
4. Passengers with an Approved Letter for Entry from the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority will not be subject to the above restrictions. However, they may still be subjected to the prevailing health screening requirement upon arriving at Singapore airport. Possession of an Approved Letter for Entry does not guarantee the issuance of a Visit Pass to enter Singapore.
5. For nationals of China (People’s Rep) and Iran with a short or multiple term visa issued by Singapore, the visa has been suspended and is not valid for travel.
6. Passengers and crew members who were on the cruise ship "Diamond Princess" are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore from 19 February 2020 to 29 March 2020.

3. Passengers who transited through or have been in Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Sri Lanka.
Effective 14 March 2020 at 1200hrs Sri Lanka time:
Visa on arrival for all eligible nationalities will be suspended.
Effective 15 March 2020 at 23:59hrs Sri Lanka time:
passengers who transited through or have been in Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland are not allowed to enter Sri Lanka.

ST. HELENA - published 13.03.2020
Passengers who have been in Wuhan City and Hubei Province in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or in Diego or Chengdu in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter St. Helena.
 - This does not apply to residents of St. Helena. They will be required to self-isolate for at least 14 days.
ST. LUCIA - published 27.02.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.

ST. MAARTEN - published 12.03.2020
Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore or Spain in the past 21 days are not allowed to transit or enter St. Maarten.
- This does not apply to nationals of the Netherlands (being from Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Netherlands, St. Eustatius and Saba and St. Maarten).
- This does not apply to residents of St. Maarten.

ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES - published 24.02.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore in the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

SUDAN published 05.03.2020
Passengers must fill-in a "Passenger Follow - Up Form" before arriving in Sudan.

TAJIKISTAN - published 03.03.2020
Passengers who have transited through or have been in Afghanistan, China (People’s Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Tajikistan.
- This does not apply to nationals of Tajikistan.

THAILAND - published 13.03.2020
1. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must have a Health Certificate as well as Lab Test COVID-19 to prove they are free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Health Certificate and Lab Test COVID-19 must be valid for not more than 2 days prior to departure.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must have a medical insurance with coverage of 100,000 USD.
- This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
3. Passengers and crew members must present a completed T.8 health questionnaire to Health Control Office upon arrival.
4. Crew members not based in Thailand arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) will be quarantined at the hotel until next departure schedule.
5. Crew members based in Thailand arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) will be quarantined at home until next departure schedule.

6. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Thailand.

Nationals of Bulgaria, Bhutan, China (People's Rep.), Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Malta, Mexico, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu and passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
8. Nationals of Italy are no longer visa exempt.
TONGA - published 27.02.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew arriving from or transiting through China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) are not allowed to enter Tonga. This does not apply if they have stayed in a country with no confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) for a period of minimum 14 days before entering Tonga. They must have an official medical clearance undertaken within 3 days prior to arrival in Tonga.
- This does not apply to nationals of Tonga and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Tonga and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to airline crew on direct flights from China (People's Rep.) who have been using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. Passengers must complete a 'Traveler's Arrival Health Declaration Card' and submit it to the Ministry of Health Border Control when arriving in Tonga.

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO - published 13.03.2020
1. Passengers and crew members who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Trinidad and Tobago.
- This does not apply to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Trinidad and Tobago
2. Nationals of Trinidad and Tobago who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain in the past 14 days will be put in immediate isolation.
3. Passengers who are permanent residents of Trinidad and Tobago and who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain in the past 14 days will be put in immediate isolation.
TURKEY- published 14.03.2020
1. Nationals of Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden are not allowed to enter Turkey.
2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea Rep., Netherlands, Norway, Spain or Sweden in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.
-This does not apply to nationals of Turkey and residents of Turkey.
3. Passengers departing from Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea Rep., Netherlands, Norway, Spain or Sweden in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.

TURKMENISTAN - published 10.03.2020
1. Nationals of Afghanistan, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Nepal, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian Fed., Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Thailand, USA, United Arab Emirates and Viet Nam are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
2. Passengers with a British passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
3. Passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
4. Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
5. Passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISL. - published 12.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore in the past 21 days are not allowed to enter Turks and Caicos.

UGANDA - published 13.03.2020
Passengers who reside in Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, USA or United Kingdom will be quarantined for 14 days.

UKRAINE - published 14.03.2020
Effective 16.03.2020 – 00:00 local time (GMT+2):
All border crossing points will be closed for all passengers. Passengers will not be allowed to enter Ukraine for the period of two weeks. This does not apply to nationals of Ukraine, residents of Ukraine and representatives of official international organizations and diplomatic missions.
After the two-week period, the Ukrainian government will review whether this restriction should be extended for a longer period. On 16 March 2020, Ukraine will close regular air traffic. Nationals of Ukraine should return to Ukraine as soon as possible. Those who do not have time to do so for objective reasons, should contact the Ukrainian consulate. In cooperation with Ukrainian airlines, they will be returned home by non-scheduled flights.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - published 12.03.2020
1. Nationals of Iran are not allowed to transit or enter the United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers with a valid UAE Resident Visa. A prior 'OK TO BOARD' must be obtained from NAIC-UAE.
- This does not apply to diplomatic passport holders. A prior 'OK TO BOARD' must be obtained from NAIC-UAE.
2. Passengers arriving from Italy must have departed from Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA). All passengers and crew must go through a COVID-19 screening process.
3. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.) must have departed from Beijing (PEK). All passengers and crew must go through a COVID-19 screening process.
4. Nationals of the United Arab Emirates are allowed to enter with a national ID card if they left before 28 February 2020.
5. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are no longer allowed to enter the United Arab Emirates with a national ID card, they must have a passport.
6. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Iran or Thailand.
7. Passengers arriving on a direct flight at Abu Dhabi (AUH) from Italy, Lebanon and Syria must go through a COVID-19 screening process and obtain a proof of screening slip before continuing to Immigration.



URUGUAY – published 14.03.2020
Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain will be placed in quarantine for 14 days.



USA - published 14.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
- This does not apply to nationals of the USA;
- This does not apply to permanent residents of the USA;
2. Passengers who have been in Iran in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
- This does not apply to nationals of the USA.
This does not apply to permanent residents of the USA;
- This does not apply to passengers with the invitation of the US government for the purpose related to containment or mitigation of the virus.
- This does not apply to the US Armed Forces and their spouses and children.
3. Passengers who have transited or have been in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or in Switzerland, in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
- This does not apply to:
  a. nationals of the USA;
  b. permanent residents of the USA;
  c. the spouse of a national of the USA;
  d. the souse of a permanent resident of the US;
  e. the parent/legal guardian of an unmarried and younger than 21 years national or permanent resident of the USA;
  f. the unmarried and younger than 21 years brother or sister of a national or permanent resident of the USA, who is unmarried and younger than 21 years;
  g. the child/foster child/ward of a national or permanent resident of the USA;
  h. passengers with an IR-4 or IH-4 visa;
  i. passengers with a C-1, D, or C-1/D visa;
  j. passengers with an A-1, A-2, C-2, C-3, E-1, G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4, or NATO-6 visa;
  k. members of the U.S. Armed Forces, spouses, and children of members of the U.S. Armed Forces;
  l. passengers with evidence of travelling at the invitation of the USA government for a purpose related to the containment/mitigation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19);

VANUATU - published 09.03.2020
1. Passengers must complete an Incoming Passenger Health Declaration Form before boarding. 
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Vanuatu.
- This does not apply to nationals of Vanuatu.
- This does not apply to residents of Vanuatu.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore since 31 December 2019 but who have spent the previous 14 days outside of China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore must complete the medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner certifying that they are free from any respiratory illness suspected of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
4. Nationals and residents of Vanuatu who have been away in any other country excluding China (People's Rep.), within the last 2 months, can transit through Hong Kong (SAR China) or Singapore to Vanuatu if the transit time is not more than 8 hours. They must stay in the airport terminal.
5. Nationals and residents of Vanuatu transiting for more than eight hours in Hong Kong (SAR China) or Singapore or have left the terminal must be self-quarantined for 14 days outside of Vanuatu before travelling into the country.
VIET NAM - published 13.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in or transited through China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Viet Nam. This does not apply to passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose.
- This does not apply to nationals of Viet Nam.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Viet Nam.
2. All passengers must fill out a quarantine form prior to arrival.
3. Passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose will undergo a medical examination at the border before allowed to enter Viet Nam.
4. Passengers who have been or transited through Korea (Rep.) will be quarantined.
5. Passengers who have been or transited through Iran or Italy in the past 14 days will be quarantined for 14 days.
6. Nationals of Italy and Korea (Rep.) with a normal passport are no longer visa-exempt.
7. Nationals of Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden and passengers with a British passport are no longer visa exempt.
8. Passengers with a Certificate of Visa Exemption issued by Viet Nam are no longer visa exempt if they reside in China (People's Rep.), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Norway, Spain, Sweden or the United Kingdom.
Effective 12:00 pm Viet Nam local time, 15 March 2020:
1. All visa on arrivals are suspended.
2. Passengers who have been in or transited through the United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Viet Nam. This does not apply to passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose.
