Global entry restrictions from IATA

Global entry restrictions

The International Air Transport Association has gathered all the information to indicate the latest travel and entry restrictions for each country during this coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.  The information is correct to the best of IATA's knowledge at the time of publication and is being reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis by IATA staff, however, given the rapidly evolving nature of the international response to the COVID-19 outbreak there may be some errors or omissions. 


ANGOLA - published 18.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Portugal or Spain are not allowed to enter Angola. This also applies to passengers and airline crew who have been in contact with people infected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
- This does not apply to airline crew and nationals of Angola.
2. Residents of Angola, airline crew and nationals of Angola who arrive from or have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Portugal or Spain will be put in quarantine.
3. A completed sanitary control sheet must be presented to the National Directorate of Public Health of the Ministry of Health upon arrival.

ANGUILLA - published 21.03.2020
1. All airports are closed for 14 days from 23:59 local time on 20 March 2020.
2. Passengers who have travelled outside of the Caribbean Region within the last 14 days, will be quarantined for 14 days on their arrival.  A judgement will be made on arrival by health professionals if this can be self-quarantine or in a government run health facility.

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA - published 19.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 28 days are not allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda.
2. Nationals and resident diplomats of Antigua and Barbuda who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 28 days are allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda. Airlines must provide their advance passenger information before departure.

ARGENTINA - published 17.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to enter Argentina.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Argentina.

ARMENIA - published 06.02.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport are no longer visa exempt.
2. Nationals of Iran can no longer obtain a visa on arrival. They must obtain a visa or an e-visa prior to their arrival in Armenia. The e-visa can be obtained at 
https://evisa.mfa.am/

ARUBA - published 20.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Aruba.
-This does not apply to residents of Aruba. They must hold an valid Aruban driving license, Aruban ID card or a valid Aruban Health Insurance Card.
-This does not apply to airline crew.
-Passengers must apply self-quarantine for 14 days.
2. It is prohibited to transport passengers by air to Aruba from 21 March 2020 (00:00 UTC-4) up to and including 31 March 2020.

AUSTRALIA - published 21.03.2020
Temporary exception: Passengers departing from New Zealand with a confirmed onward ticket on the same calendar day to return home are allowed to transit through Australia. They must remain airside and must have not been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days. This is valid till 11:59 AEDST 24 March 2020.
1. Passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Australia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia.
- This does not apply to the immediate family members of nationals of Australia.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to nationals of New Zealand residing in Australia.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
- This does not apply to diplomats accredited to Australia and currently resident in Australia, and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to nationals of Cook Isl., Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa (American), Solomon Isl., Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu when they are transiting through Australia to their home country.
2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Australia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.
- This does not apply to nationals of New Zealand residing in Australia. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Iran on or after 1 March 2020 are not allowed to enter Australia for 14 days, from the time they left or transited through Iran.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia, their immediate family members, permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
4. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Korea (Rep.) on or after 2100 AEDST 5 March 2020 are not allowed to enter Australia for 14 days, from the time they left or transited through Korea (Rep.).
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia, their immediate family members, permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
5. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Italy on or after 1800 AEDST 11 March 2020 are not allowed to enter Australia for 14 days, from the time they left or transited through Italy.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia, their immediate family members, permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
6. All passengers are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into Australia. If their duration of stay is less than 14 days, they must self-isolate for the entire duration of stay.
- This does not apply to airline crew with the appropriate personal protective equipment.

AUSTRIA - published 21.03.2020
1. Passengers not arriving from Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland are not allowed to enter Austria.
- This does not apply to nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
- This does not apply to passengers with a British passport.
- This does not apply to residents of Austria.
- This does not apply to passengers with a D visa issued by Austria.
- This does not apply to passengers with a medical certificate dated from a maximum of 4 days before their arrival in Austria. The medical certificate must confirm that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19), and be in German or in English.
- This does not apply to:
a. passengers traveling on diplomatic missions and their family members if living in the same household, and
b. employees of international organisations and their family members if living in the same household, and
c. humanitarian workers, and
d. healthcare professionals, and
e. transport personnel including crew engaged in transport of goods, and
f. crew members of cargo, emergency, rescue/ambulance or ferry flights. 
2. Nationals of Austria must go into self-quarantine for a period of 14 days upon arrival.
3. Residents of Austria and passengers with a D visa issued by Austria must go into self-quarantine for a period of 14 days upon arrival.

AZERBAIJAN - published 13.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan if they do not have a visa obtained before departure.
2. Nationals of Bahrain, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE and USA are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan if they do not have a visa obtained before departure.
3. The issuance of e-visas and visa on arrival has been suspended.

BAHAMAS - published 20.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 20 days are not allowed to enter.
2. Passengers who have been in Europe, Ireland or United Kingdom in the past 20 days are not allowed to enter until 13 April 2020.
3. Residents of the Bahamas who have been in China (People's Rep.), Europe, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or United Kingdom will be subject to immediate quarantine for a maximum of 14 days.

BAHRAIN – published 19.03.2020
1. Visa on arrival has been suspended.
- This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, an official, a service or UN passport.
2. Passengers who have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit and enter Bahrain.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Bahrain.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
- This does not apply to military personnel.
- This does not apply to passengers with a special approval from Nationality, Passport Residence Affairs Directorate of Bahrain.
- This does not apply to passengers with a valid letter of Prior Permission Granted which is presented prior to boarding.
3. Passengers who have been in Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand in the past 14 days must have a valid visa prior to arrival.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Bahrain.
- This does not apply to passengers with a valid letter of Prior Permission Granted which is presented prior to boarding.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
4. All passengers arriving in Bahrain will immediately be taken to undergo enhanced testing procedures as a preventative measure for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will be subject to quarantine.
5. Border crossing on the causeway has been temporarily suspended due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

BANGLADESH - published 17.03.2020
1. The visa on arrival facility has been suspended for all nationalities.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
3. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) with a pre-arranged visa must have a medical certificate stating that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). The certificate must be duly certified by the embassy.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bangladesh.
4. Nationals of China (Peoples' Rep.), passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport, a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport or a Macao (SAR China) passport traveling to Bangladesh can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
5. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macau (SAR China) must fill-in a Health Clearance Form provided by cabin crew.

BELGIUM – published 21.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to enter Belgium.
-This does not apply when arriving from Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom.
-This does not apply to nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland returning home.
-This does not apply to passengers with a British passport with nationality “British Citizen", “British Overseas Territories Citizen" issued by Gibraltar and British Passports with a Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode issued by the United Kingdom, returning home.
-This does not apply to passengers with a long-term residence permit or a long term visa issued by EEA Member States, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
-This does not apply to:
- family members of nationals of EEA Member States, Switzerland, and of British nationals;
- diplomats;
- personnel of international and humanitarian organizations;
- humanitarian aid workers;
- military personnel.

BELIZE - published 16.03.2020
1. Nationals of Belize who have been in a European country, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Japan or Korea (Rep.) will be subject to self-isolation.
-This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Residents of Belize who have been in a European country, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Japan or Korea (Rep.), will be subject to self-isolation.
3. Passengers who have been in a European country, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Japan or Korea (Rep.) in the past 30 days, are not allowed to enter Belize.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Belize.

BENIN - published 18.03.2020
Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days.

BERMUDA - published 19.03.2020
1. Passengers will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Bermuda (BDA) is closed for incoming passenger flights from 20 March 2020, 23:59 local time for 2 weeks.

BOLIVIA - published 20.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Bolivia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bolivia.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Bolivia.
- This does not apply to passengers who are in a diplomatic mission.
2. Flights from Europe to Bolivia are suspended until 31 March 2020.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA - published 12.03.2020
1- Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) (Hubei - Wuhan Province), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are not allowed to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
2. Nationals and residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina who have been in China (People's Rep.) (Hubei - Wuhan Province), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) must complete a health questionnaire and will be put under medical supervision.

BOTSWANA - published 19.03.2020
1. Passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA or United Kingdom are not allowed to enter Botswana.
- This does not apply to nationals of Botswana.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Botswana.
2. Nationals and residents of Botswana will be quarantined for 14 days.
3. Passengers can no longer obtain a visa on arrival in Botswana..
4. Visas issued to nationals of Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or USA are invalidated.
5. Visas issued to passengers with a British passport with nationality "British Citizen" are invalidated.

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM - published 21.03.2020
1. All passengers must undergo self-isolation for 14 days.
2. Passengers who have been in the Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Brunei Darussalam.
- This does not apply to nationals of Brunei Darussalam.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam.
3. Passengers who have been in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Iran, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Brunei Darussalam.
- This does not apply to nationals of Brunei Darussalam and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam.

BULGARIA - published 21.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to enter Bulgaria.   
- This does not apply to nationals of Bulgaria.
- This does not apply to family members of nationals of Bulgaria.
- This does not apply to passengers and their families with a permanent or long term residence permit issued by Bulgaria.
- This does not apply to nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and their family members when they transit through Bulgaria to return to their country of residence.
- This does not apply to passengers with a British passport and their family members when they transit through Bulgaria to return to their country of residence.
- This does not apply to the following passengers:
a. health care professionals, health researchers and elderly care professionals;
b. transport personnel engaged in the carriage of goods, crews of aircraft engaged in commercial air transport and other transport personnel as necessary;
c. diplomats, officials of international organizations, military personnel and humanitarian workers in the performance of their duties;
d. persons traveling for humanitarian reasons; third-country nationals who hold a long-term residence permit in an EU Member State and pass through Bulgaria in order to return to their country of residence and residence. 

CAMBODIA – published 20.03.2020
1. Passengers arriving from France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Spain or USA are not allowed to enter Cambodia.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Cambodia.
2. Nationals and residents of Cambodia, diplomats and officials of foreign embassies and international organizations and their family members who have a Diplomatic Visa Type A and Official Visa Type B who live or have been in France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Spain or USA in the past 14 days will be quarantine for 14 days.
- This does not apply to airline crew.

CANADA - published 20.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been outside of Canada or USA in the past 14 days, are not allowed to enter Canada.
- This does not apply to nationals of Canada and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Canada and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to diplomats.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
- This does not apply to the following passengers:
a. Person registered as an Indian under the Indian Act;
b. Person authorized in writing by a consular officer of the government of Canada to come to Canada to reunite with immediate family members;
c. Person who is exempt from the requirements to obtain a temporary resident visa under paragraph 190 (2)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, and their immediate family members;
d. Person who enters Canada at the invitation of the Minister of Health for the purpose of assisting in the COVID-19 response;
e. Person who arrives by means of an aircraft operated by Canadian Forces or the Department of National Defence;
f. Member of the Canadian Forces or a visiting force, as defined in section 2 of the Visiting Forces Act, and their immediate family members;
g. Protected person, under section 95 (2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act;
h. French citizen who resides in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon who has not been outside Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon / Canada / U.S. in the last 14 days;
i. Person or class of persons that the Chief Public Health Officer, appointed under subsection 6 (1) of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, determines does not pose a risk of significant harm to public health or who will provide an essential service while in Canada;
j. Person whom the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration or the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness determines their presence is in the national interest.
2. Passengers with Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms are not allowed to travel to Canada until:
- they have waited for a period of 14 days; or
- they can present a medical certificate that confirms the patient is free from the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
3. Passengers are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days upon arrival at their final destination in Canada.
4. Passengers who were in the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' are subject to a mandatory 14-day isolation at a quarantine facility upon arrival in Canada.

CAYMAN ISL. - published 19.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Cayman Isl.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Cayman Isl.
- This does not apply to passengers arriving from the United Kingdom.
2. Nationals and residents of Cayman Isl. will be isolated for 14 days.
3. Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom will be isolated for 14 days.

CHILE - published 18.03.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep), France, Germany, Iran, Italy or Spain will be isolated for 14 days.
Effective 19 March 2020:
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Chile.
2. Below listed passengers are allowed to enter Chile:
a. nationals of Chile;
b. residents of Chile;
c. passengers bringing humanitarian help;
d. passengers with a diplomatic visa;
e. passengers with an official ID issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile;
f. passengers with a safe-conduct.

CHINA (PEOPLE'S REP.) - published 19.03.2020
1. All passengers arriving at PEK will be quarantined at the designated hotels in Beijing for 14 days.
2. Passengers who live in or have been in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain , Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom or USA in the past 14 days arriving at Shanghai Pudong (PVG) or Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) must undergo 14-day quarantine at home or in designated places for medical observation.
3. Passengers who live in or have been in France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Spain or USA in the past 14 days arriving at Guangzhou (CAN) or Shenzhen (SZX) must undergo 14-day quarantine at home or in designated places for medical observation.
4. All passengers arriving at XMN will be quarantined for medical observation at the designated hotels for 14 days on their own expenses.
- This does not apply to passengers under 18 years old, passengers above 70 years old, pregnant women and passengers suffering from illness. They must apply for permission to undergo a 14-day quarantine at home.

CHINESE TAIPEI - published 19.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Chinese Taipei.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport.
- This does not apply to passengers with an Alien Resident Certificate.
- This does not apply to personnel on diplomatic or official business.
- This does not apply to passengers who can prove they are fulfilling commercial and contractual obligations, or passengers requiring special permission.
- This does not apply to passengers with a visa with “SPECIAL ENTRY PERMIT FOR COVID-19 OUTBREAK" stated on remarks.
2. Passengers who can enter must observe a 14-day home quarantine upon arrival.

COLOMBIA - published 16.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Colombia.
2. This does not apply to nationals of Colombia and passengers who reside in Colombia. They will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.
3. This does not apply to passengers who are in a diplomatic mission. They will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.

COMOROS - published 21.03.2020
Passengers who have transited or have been in China (People's Rep.), Egypt, France, Iran, Italy, Morocco, South Africa, Spain or Tunisia are not allowed to enter Comoros.

COOK ISL. - published 17.03.2020
Passengers who have transited or been in any country except for Cook Isl. and New Zealand in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Cook Isl.

COSTA RICA - published 20.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Costa Rica.
- This does not apply to nationals of Costa Rica.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Costa Rica.
2. Passengers are not allowed to transit Costa Rica.
- This does not apply to nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.
- This does not apply to passengers with a British passport.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Costa Rica.
3. Nationals and residents of Costa Rica will be required to be in isolation for a period of 14 days.

COTE D'IVOIRE - published 17.03.2020
1. Passengers arriving from countries with more than 100 confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) are not allowed to enter Cote d'Ivoire.
- This does not apply to nationals of Cote d’Ivoire.
- This does not apply to residents of Cote d’Ivoire.
2. Nationals and residents of Cote d’Ivoire arriving from countries with more than 100 confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) will be put in quarantine for a period of 14 days.

CROATIA - published 21.03.2020
Passengers are prohibited from crossing the borders of Croatia until 18 April 2020.
- This does not apply to nationals of Croatia and their family members and to those going to a country where they work and live.
- This does not apply to nationals of the EU, Schengen Member States and the Schengen Associated States, passengers from the United Kingdom, and their family members.
- This does not apply to passengers with a long-term resident permit or a long-term visa issued by a Schengen Member State and the persons deriving their right to reside from other EU Directives or national law or who hold national long-term visas.
- This does not apply to healthcare professionals, healthcare researchers and collaborators, experts in care for the elderly, and persons requiring urgent medical treatment.
- This does not apply to cross-border workers.

Passengers who have been in a country with confirmed COVID-19 cases for more than one week and do not hold a document recognized and certified by DPHSS (Guam Department of Social Health and Services), which confirms they are not infected with COVID-19, are not allowed to enter. The date of the test must be not more than 72 hours before the date of arrival. Passengers who enter Guam without proper documentation will be quarantined.

INDONESIA - published 20.03.2020
1. All visa exemptions and visa on arrival to foreign passengers are suspended till 20 April 2020.
2. Passengers and airline crew who have been in France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom or Vatican City (Holy See) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter or transit through Indonesia.

3. Passengers with a Permanent Staying Permit (KITAP) or a Temporary Staying Permit (KITAS) are only allowed to enter Indonesia if they have a valid health certification issued by local health authorities in English stating they are fit for travel and free from respiratory disease. The certification must have been issued at latest 7 days prior to departure.
4. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.) or Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter or transit Indonesia.

a. passengers with a visa issued by Indonesian Embassy; or

d. passengers with Diplomatic Residence Permit and Official Residence Permit from China (People's Rep.), Italy, Iran and Korea (Rep.) if they can show valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. The health certificate must be in English; or
e. passengers with expired Diplomatic Residence Permit and Official Residence Permit from China (People's Rep.), Italy, Iran and Korea (Rep.) if they can show valid Diplomat ID card or valid Identity card as employee of Foreign Representative working in Indonesia which issue by Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They must also have valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. The health certificate must be in English.
5. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in areas within Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) other than the following mentioned areas must provide a valid health certificate. The certificate must be in English and have been issued at latest 7 days prior to departure from local health authority. It should contain information of (1) fit for travel and (2) free from respiratory disease. - Tehran, Qom or Gilan in Iran; - Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche or Piedmont in Italy; - Daegu or Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.). This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
6. Passengers arriving from Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are required to complete a Health Alert Card (Kartu Kewaspadaan Kesehatan) issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia prior to arrival.

IRAN - published 25.02.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport, passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport and passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport are no longer visa exempt. However, they can obtain a visa on arrival. They are required to clear the medical and health check upon arrival. After that they will be given a certificate.
2. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Iran.

2.Nationals of Jamaica and residents of Jamaica, who have been in the above-mentioned countries in the last 14 days will be subject to health assessment and quarantine.
3.Passengers who have been in the above-mentioned countries and have been granted landing privileges will be assessed by the Ministry of Health and Wellness and:
- those classified as high risk will be quarantined in government facilities;
- those classified as low-risk will be quarantined at home under the supervision of the Parish Health Department.
- those who display any symptom of Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be placed in immediate isolation at a health facility.

They must have stayed in a country with no confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) for a period of minimum 14 days before entering Kiribati. 2. Passengers must fill-in a "Health Arrival Form" and e-tickets must be provided to the immigration at time of arrival.

KOREA (REP.) - published 18.03.2020
1. Visitors who have been in the Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Korea (Rep.).
2. Nationals of China (People's Rep) with a passport issued in the Hubei Province are not allowed to enter Korea (Rep.).
3. Korean visas issued by the Wuhan Consulate in the Hubei Province are invalidated.
4. A visa is required to transit through Korea (Rep.) for: - nationals of China (People's Rep.) arriving from China (People's Rep); and - visa required nationals arriving from China (People's Rep.).
5. Visitors arriving from Japan who have been in the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' are not allowed to transit or enter (Korea Rep.).
6. Visas issued to nationals of Japan (at Korean Diplomatic Missions in Japan) before 9 March 2020 are invalidated.

1.Nationals of Kuwait are allowed to enter with a national ID card if they used the card when they departed from Kuwait.
2.Nationals of Kuwait who have been in Bangladesh, China (People’s Rep.), Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea Rep., Lebanon, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria or Thailand in the past 14 days must:
- obtain prior approval to enter from Kuwait Immigration Authorities, and - complete Ministry of Health’s form of acknowledgement.
3.Nationals of Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are no longer allowed to enter with a national ID card, they must have a passport.
4.Passengers with a (Hong Kong SAR China) passport and nationals of Italy, Japan, Korea Rep. and Singapore can obtain an emergency visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 7 days if they have not been in Bangladesh, China (People’s Rep.), Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea Rep., Lebanon, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria or Thailand in the past 14 days.

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Norway.

2. The following passengers must undergo a 14-day home quarantine:

3. All crew and passengers must fill out the public health information form and hand it over to the local airport authority upon arrival.
4. Passengers are only allowed to travel to Svalbard after they have stayed in quarantined in other parts of Norway.

Passengers must provide copy of test results for COVID-19 through RT-PCR conducted during the last 24 hours before boarding. The test result must include the name and passport number of the passenger. Original test result will have to be presented at arrival in Pakistan.

PALAU - published 06.02.2020
Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Palau.

PANAMA: published 19.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Panama.

2. Nationals and residents of Panama must be in home quarantine for 14 days.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA: published 18.03.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Papua New Guinea. They must have spent 14 consecutive days in a country that is free from Coronavirus (COVID-19).

PARAGUAY - published 19.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter or transit Paraguay.

- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Paraguay.
- This does not apply to passengers who are in a diplomatic mission.
2. Nationals and residents of Paraguay will be placed in quarantine for 14 days.

PHILIPPINES - published 21.03.2020
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People’s Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the Philippines.
- This does not apply to nationals of the Philippines. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into the Philippines.
- This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of the Philippines. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into the Philippines.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of the Philippines. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into the Philippines.
2.Passengers who have transited through or have been in the North Gyeongsang Province (including Daegu and Cheongdo Country) of Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the Philippines.

3. - Passengers under Visa Waiver Agreements.

- Passengers who fall under Executive Order No.408, s1960 (EO408);

6. Passengers with a voivode's permit to enter a voivodship to which they are traveling.
7. Heads of diplomatic missions and members of the diplomatic and consular personnel of a mission (with a diplomatic rank).
8. Airline crew.
9. In particularly justified cases, not included above, the commander of the Border Guard post, after obtaining the consent of the Chief of the Border Guard, may allow a foreigner to enter the territory of Poland in accordance with the procedure specified in the Act of 12 December 2013 on foreigners (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 35).

ROMANIA - published 16.03.2020
1. Passengers who transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are not allowed to enter Romania.
This does not apply to nationals of Romania and residents of Romania.
2. Nationals and residents of Romania who transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days will be put into quarantine/self-isolation and must fill a declaration form.
3. Passengers who show no symptoms and arrive from countries with more than 500 confirmed COV cases will be put into 14 days of self-isolation and must fill a declaration form.

RUSSIAN FED. - published 20.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Russian Fed.
- This does not apply to nationals of Russian Fed.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Russian Fed., airline crew, diplomats, official delegations and passengers whose visit concerns death of direct relative.

They must stay self-isolated in Moscow for a period of 14 days or for the duration of their stay if less than 14 days.
- This does not apply to crew members.
7. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Korea (Rep.), Iran, Italy or Spain and are staying in St. Petersburg (LED) are recommended to stay self-isolated for a period of 14 days or for the duration of their stay if less than 14 days.

SAMOA - published 21.03.2020
1. All travelers, including returning residents entering Samoa, must have a medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner issued within 3 days before their arrival into Samoa.
2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China (People’s Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iceland, Italy, Iran, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates or USA are not allowed to enter Samoa.
Passengers must:
a) Spend at least 14 days in self-quarantine in a country of last port and must have a Medical Clearance within (3) days prior to final route to Samoa. This must be their final stop before travelling to Samoa.
b) Provide proof of test results done within 5 days for the Coronavirus (COVID-2019). Passengers with COVID-19 positive test will not be allowed to enter Samoa.
3. All travelers, including returning residents entering Samoa, are required to undergo medical examination by a Registered Medical Practitioner within 3 days before arrival. Medical clearance report is required for check-in prior to issuing of boarding passes.
4. All travelers entering Samoa, including Samoan passport holders who are permanent residents of American Samoa, are required to have medical examination within 3 days before entering. It has to be signed by the attending physician and counter-signed by the Motusa Tuileama Nua, Director of Public Health, American Samoa.
5. Compulsory screening of all arriving passengers and crew to Samoa is in effect at all ports of entry. All are required to comply and produce additional documents when asked.
6. A Special Health Declaration Card has to be filled out by all passengers inflight or on arrival in to Samoa.

SAMOA (AMERICAN) – published 18.03.2020
1.Nationals of the USA and residents of Samoa (American) who transited or have been in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington or Wisconsin, are subject to Public Health screening and might be medically or home quarantined.
2.Entry Permits, issued by Samoa (American) instead of visas, are suspended.
- This does not apply to residents of Samoa (American) with residence permit or an Immigration Board approval.
3.Passengers arriving from Samoa must:
- obtain a health clearance from Ministry of Health (MOH) 3 days prior to arrival;
- present a completed “DOT Travel Declaration Form" upon arrival.
4.Passengers who transited or have been in countries affected by Coronavirus (COVI-19), when arriving from Hawaii, must:
-spend 14 days in Hawaii; and
-obtain a health clearance 3 days before arrival in Samoa (American); and
-present a completed “DOT Travel Declaration Form" upon arrival; and
-provide itinerary upon arrival.

SAUDI ARABIA – published 15.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia.

SERBIA - published 18.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter and transit in Serbia.

- This does not apply to passengers with a special permission issued by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior or the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
- This does not apply to accredited members of diplomatic missions, international organizations, humanitarian missions, and their family members.
2. Nationals and residents of Serbia arriving from Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Romania, Slovenia, Spain or Switzerland are required to self-isolate for a period of 28 days.
3. Nationals and residents of Serbia arriving from any other country are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
4. Accredited members of diplomatic missions, international organizations, humanitarian missions, and passengers with a special permission issued by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior or the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and their family members, arriving from Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Romania, Slovenia, Spain or Switzerland are required to self-isolate for a period of 28 days.

- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Seychelles.
2. Nationals and residents of Seychelles who have been in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malta, Mayotte, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom in the past 14 days will be put in quarantine for a period of 14 days upon arrival.
4. Effective from 21 March 2020, all non-Seychellois holders of a work permit to work in Seychelles, either through a GOP, an ITZ (International Trade Zone) Permit or Exemption Permit, will not be allowed to enter Seychelles.


SIERRA LEONE - published 24.02.2020
Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days, will be subject to immediate quarantine.

SINGAPORE - published 21.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain in the last 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to returning residents of Singapore (Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or Long-Term Pass Holders(including holders of Work Pass, Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, and Long-Term Visit Pass)). If they have been in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) within the last 14 days, they will be quarantined for 14 days upon entry into Singapore. For others, they will be issued a 14-day Stay-Home-Notice (SHN) upon entry into Singapore.
2. Passengers who have not been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain in the last 14 days will be issued a 14-day SHN upon entry into Singapore. In addition, they will have to provide proof of the place where they will serve the 14-day SHN, such as a hotel booking covering the entire period, or a place of residence they or their family members own.
- This does not apply to passengers who are transiting in Singapore without leaving the airport transit area.
3. Nationals of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People's Dem. Rep., Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam will have to submit requisite information on their health to the Singapore Overseas Mission in the country they are resident before their intended date of travel. The submission will have to be approved by Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) before travel to Singapore, and the approval will be verified by the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers at the immigration checkpoint for entry into Singapore.
- This does not apply to passengers who are transiting in Singapore without leaving the airport transit area.
4. New and existing work pass holders (including dependants and foreign domestic workers) are allowed to enter Singapore, subjected to the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) prior approval. They are required to show the MOM’s approval letter to airline staff upon check-in and before boarding, as well as to ICA officers at the immigration checkpoint upon their arrival in Singapore.
5. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a passport issued in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to returning residents of Singapore (Permanent Residents or Long-Term Pass Holders(including holders of Work Pass, Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, and Long-Term Visit Pass) ). They will be quarantined for 14 days upon entry into Singapore.
6. The issuance of all forms of new visas and previously issued visas to nationals of China (People’s Rep) and Iran have been suspended. During this period of suspension, they will not be allowed entry into Singapore. 
7. Passengers with an Approved Letter for Entry from the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority will not be subject to the above restrictions. However, they may still be subjected to the prevailing health screening requirement upon arriving at Singapore airport. Possession of an Approved Letter for Entry does not guarantee the issuance of a Visit Pass to enter Singapore.

SOLOMON ISL. - published 15.03.2020
1. SOUTH AFRICA - published 21.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Spain, Switzerland, USA or United Kingdom are not allowed to transit or enter South Africa.

2. Nationals and residents of South Africa returning from COVID-19 high-risk countries will be subjected to testing and self-isolation or quarantine.

5. Nationals of China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Spain, Switzerland and USA are only allowed to transit if returning home.

ST. MAARTEN - published 18.03.2020
1. Passengers are not allowed to enter St. Maarten.
-This does not apply to residents of St. Maarten or Saint Martin (FWI). They must hold a proof of residence, which can be a St. Maarten/ Saint Martin driving license or a St. Maarten ID/ Saint Martin carte d’identite or a St. Maarten/Saint Martin registration document.
-This does not apply to airline crew.
-This does not apply to passengers who are specialists with evidence of traveling at the invitation of the Government of St. Maarten.
2. Residents of St. Maarten must self-quarantine for 14 days.
3. Airline crew that are overnighting must undergo a mandatory self-quarantine.


ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES - published 20.03.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore in the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Passengers not arriving from Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia or Spain are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to nationals of Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
- This does not apply to passengers with a residence permit issued by Sweden.

- This does not apply to passenger with a cross-border commuter permit, a visa issued by Switzerland for the purpose of "business meetings" as specialists in the field of health or "official visit" of great importance, or who have an assurance of a residence permit.
- This does not apply to passengers who are entitled to freedom of movement and have a professional reason for entering Switzerland and have a confirmation of registration.
- This does not apply to passengers who are of great importance as specialists in the health sector.
- This does not apply to passenger travelling by land to their country of origin. They must have a proof of onward journey

TAJIKISTAN - published 19.03.2020
Passengers who have been in Afghanistan, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Iran, Italy, France, Korea (Rep.), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, the Netherlands or USA will be quarantined for up to 14 days upon arrival.

THAILAND - published 20.03.2020
Items 1 and 2 are effective 00:00 local time 22 March 2020:
1. Nationals of Thailand must have a 'FIT TO FLY' medical certificate issued by a Thai Embassy or Consular.
2. All passengers other than nationals of Thailand must have:
- a Health Certificate and Lab Test COVID-19 to prove they are free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Health Certificate and Lab Test COVID-19 must be valid for not more than 72 hours prior to departure, and
- a medical insurance with coverage of 100,000 USD.

3. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must have a Health Certificate as well as Lab Test COVID-19 to prove they are free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Health Certificate and Lab Test COVID-19 must be valid for not more than 2 days prior to departure.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
4. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must have a medical insurance with coverage of 100,000 USD.
- This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
5. Passengers and crew members must present a completed T.8 health questionnaire to Health Control Office upon arrival.
6. Crew members not based in Thailand arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) will be quarantined at the hotel until next departure schedule.
7. Crew members based in Thailand arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) will be quarantined at home until next departure schedule.
- This does not apply when they only transited through China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China).
8. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Thailand.
9. Nationals of Bulgaria, Bhutan, China (People's Rep.), Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Malta, Mexico, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu and passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
10. Nationals of Italy are no longer visa exempt.

TONGA - published 27.02.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew arriving from or transiting through China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) are not allowed to enter Tonga. This does not apply if they have stayed in a country with no confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) for a period of minimum 14 days before entering Tonga. They must have an official medical clearance undertaken within 3 days prior to arrival in Tonga.
- This does not apply to nationals of Tonga and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Tonga and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to airline crew on direct flights from China (People's Rep.) who have been using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. Passengers must complete a 'Traveler's Arrival Health Declaration Card' and submit it to the Ministry of Health Border Control when arriving in Tonga.

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO - published 19.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to enter Trinidad and Tobago.

TUNISIA - published 15.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Tunisia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Tunisia, their partners and children.
2. Nationals of Tunisia, their partners and children who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days will be put in quarantine for 14 days.

TURKEY- published 19.03.2020
1. Nationals of Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.) Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Korea (Rep.), Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates are not allowed to enter Turkey.
2. Passengers with a British passport are not allowed to enter Turkey.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People’s Rep.), Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Korea Rep., Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.
- This does not apply to nationals of Turkey and residents of Turkey.
4. Passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, China (People’s Rep.), Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Korea Rep., Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.

TURKMENISTAN - published 10.03.2020
1. Nationals of Afghanistan, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Nepal, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian Fed., Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Thailand, USA, United Arab Emirates and Viet Nam are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
2. Passengers with a British passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
3. Passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
4. Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.
5. Passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport are not allowed to enter Turkmenistan.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISL. - published 20.03.2020
1. 2. Nationals and residents of Turks and Caicos who have been in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, China (People's Rep.), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore or Vatican City in the past 21 days are subject to quarantine for 14 days.

UGANDA - published 20.03.2020
1. Flights from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and United Kingdom are suspended.
2. Nationals and residents of Uganda are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
3. Passengers arriving in Uganda are subject to physical and temperature screening.

UKRAINE - published 15.03.2020
International passengers will not be allowed to enter and/or transit Ukraine. Passengers will not be allowed to enter Ukraine for a period of two weeks, until 3 April 2020.
- This does not apply to nationals of Ukraine, to residents of Ukraine, to spouses and children of Ukrainian nationals, to representatives of official international and diplomatic organizations (and their family members), to crewmembers, and to representatives of humanitarian missions (and their family members).
On 17 March 2020, at 00:00 local time (GMT+2), all border crossing points will be closed (for any international border crossing) for a period of two weeks, until 3 April 2020. This does not apply to border crossings required to safeguard national interests, and to representatives of diplomatic organizations and humanitarian missions. Nationals of Ukraine should return to Ukraine as soon as possible. Those who do not have time to do so for objective reasons, should contact the Ukrainian consulate. In cooperation with Ukrainian authorities, they will be returned home by non-scheduled flights. After 3 April 2020, the Ukrainian government will review whether this restriction should be extended for a longer period.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - published 21.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to enter United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to nationals of United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic passport.
- This does not apply to family members (including father, mother, son, daughter, wife, husband, grandparents, grandchildren and domestic helpers) of nationals of United Arab Emirates. They must travel together. Airlines are required to contact the UAE National Advance Information Center for prior approval before boarding.

URUGUAY - published 18.03.2020
1. Passengers arriving from Argentina, China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain are not allowed to enter Uruguay.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Uruguay.
2. Passengers can only land at Montevideo (MVD) and Punta del Este (PDP).
3. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain in the past 15 days will be placed in quarantine for 14 days.

USA - published 17.03.2020
1. Passengers who have transited or have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or in the United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
-This does not apply to:
a. nationals of the USA;
b. permanent residents of the USA;
c. passengers arriving in the US on flights that departed before 23:59 EDT on 13 March 2020;
d. the spouse of a national of the USA;
e. the souse of a permanent resident of the US;
f. the parent/legal guardian of an unmarried and younger than 21 years national or permanent resident of the USA;
g. the unmarried and younger than 21 years brother or sister of a national or permanent resident of the USA, who is unmarried and younger than 21 years;
h. the child/foster child/ward of a national or permanent resident of the USA;
i. passengers with an IR-4 or IH-4 visa;
j. passengers with a C-1, D, or C-1/D visa;
k. passengers with an A-1, A-2, C-2, C-3, E-1, G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4, or NATO-6 visa;
l. members of the U.S. Armed Forces, spouses, and children of members of the U.S. Armed Forces;
m. passengers with evidence of traveling at the invitation of the USA government for a purpose related to the containment/mitigation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19);
n. passengers with documents issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or U.S. Department of State indicating that the passenger is exempt from the restriction.
2. Passengers who have been in one of the countries listed in bullet number 1 in the past 14 days but are exempt from the restriction to enter the USA, must arrive at one of the following airports: Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Dallas, (DFW), Detroit (DTW), Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), New York (JFK or EWR), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA) and Washington (IAD).

UZBEKISTAN - published 17.03.2020
Passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Uzbekistan.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Uzbekistan.

VANUATU - published 21.03.2020
1. Passengers must complete an Incoming Passenger Health Declaration Form before boarding.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Vanuatu.
- This does not apply to nationals of Vanuatu.
- This does not apply to residents of Vanuatu.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore since 31 December 2019 but who have spent the previous 14 days outside of China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore must complete the medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner certifying that they are free from any respiratory illness suspected of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
4. Nationals and residents of Vanuatu who have been away in any other country excluding China (People's Rep.), within the last 2 months, can transit through Hong Kong (SAR China) or Singapore to Vanuatu if the transit time is not more than 8 hours. They must stay in the airport terminal.
5. Nationals and residents of Vanuatu transiting for more than eight hours in Hong Kong (SAR China) or Singapore or have left the terminal must be self-quarantined for 14 days outside of Vanuatu before traveling into the country.
Effective from 20 March 2020:
Vanuatu ports of entry are closed from 20 March 2020.
  -Nationals of Vanuatu, permanent residents and diplomats will be allowed to return but will be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival.
  -Consideration may be given for Foreign Diplomatic Missions and international organizations and will be determined on a case by case basis.

VIET NAM - published 21.03.2020
1. All passengers will be placed on quarantine at a designated facility for 14 days upon arrival.
2. All visa issuances are suspended.
3. Passengers who have been in or transited through Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Viet Nam. This does not apply to passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose.
- This does not apply to nationals of Viet Nam.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Viet Nam.
4. Passengers who have been in or transited through China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Viet Nam. This does not apply to passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose.
- This does not apply to nationals of Viet Nam.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Viet Nam.
5. All passengers must fill out a quarantine form prior to arrival.
6. Passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose will undergo a medical examination at the border before allowed to enter Viet Nam.
7. Nationals of Italy and Korea (Rep.) with a normal passport are no longer visa exempt.
8. Nationals of Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden and passengers with a British passport are no longer visa exempt.
9. Passengers with a Certificate of Visa Exemption issued by Viet Nam are no longer visa exempt if they reside in China (People's Rep.), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Norway, Spain, Sweden or United Kingdom.
10. Nationals of Belarus, Japan and Russian Fed. with a normal passport are no longer visa exempt.
11. Passengers with a Certificate of Visa Exemption issued by Viet Nam are no longer visa exempt if they are nationals of Belarus, Japan or Russian Fed. with a normal passport.
12. Passengers must submit a document certifying they are not tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). It must be issued by local competent authority accepted by Vietnam authority.
- This does not apply to nationals of Viet Nam.
- This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, an official or a service passport.
