The Brush Grand CafeModern French with European Signatures
The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge & Cocktail Bar in the heart of Hoxton. The seasonally led bistro-style menu pays homage to the ‘Grand Cafe’ genre, featuring an array of dishes from playful take on French brasserie signatures with some wider European influences.
This hub is the spot for any moment in the day from breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a coffee and cocktail in between. The Grand Cafe boasts an outdoor terrace, an ideal spot for all year round. The Brush is named after D-Face’s graffiti-style murals within the space and an iconic paintbrush bronze sculpture just outside the restaurant entrance.
The Brush Lounge & Cocktail Bar
On the first floor, The Brush Lounge and Cocktail Bar is a hub to relax and work by day, and unwind in the evening with live music and a drink. The vibrant cocktail list is classic with imaginative twists that reflect the bar’s atmospheric surroundings, including the 50 Shades of Champagne a short sip cocktail which which mixes vodka, Cointreau and Champagne and topped with Champagne air, and a refreshing Lee-LAY – rosรฉ reduction, peach, Lillet, apricot & white grape soda. You can also choose from a menu of bar snacks, to complement the cocktails.
