SkyCell expands reach with All Nippon Airways partnership to support growing import needs in Japan


SkyCell, the manufacturer of innovative hybrid pharmaceutical containers, has partnered with All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan's largest airline, to help support pharmaceutical customers shipping in and out of Japan in a safe, secure, and sustainable way. 

The partnership with SkyCell will also see the airline reach more of its sustainability goals. ANA expects there to be stronger demand for sustainability in the future, and can offer its customers more sustainable shipping options through SkyCell.

SkyCell currently has one service centre in Japan that will support the Japanese market with container availability in the country.

SkyCell will be supporting ANA with its dedicated pharmaceutical containers across different temperature ranges to cover customers’ various needs. SkyCell containers maintain internal temperature stability in external conditions from as low as -30°C to as high as +70°C. The complete temperature range includes the deep-frozen container that is able to maintain internal temperatures between -80°C and -60°C for extended periods of time. Thanks to the innovative technology of SkyCell, ANA will be able to utilise full aircraft capacity, mitigating the traditional capacity limitations caused by the use of dry ice by making energy transfer more efficient.

Ethiopian Airlines has transported 50 million doses of coronavirus COVID-19 vaccines to more than 28 countries...............

A major logistical operation has seen the Ethiopian Airlines Group transport 50 million doses of coronavirus COVID-19 vaccine to more than 28 countries across the globe and became the only African carrier to reach such a milestone and playing a crucial role during this difficult time. 

Ethiopian Cargo and Logistics Services, Africa’s largest cargo service provider, has successfully distributed the vaccines to different countries with its technologically equipped facility called ‘Pharma Wing’. 

Mr Tewolde GebreMariam, Group CEO of Ethiopian Airlines said, “I am very much delighted to see such a great humanitarian achievement due to our concerted and determined lifesaving efforts. In fact, Ethiopian Airlines has played an irreplaceable role in responding to the dire need for global cargo transportation amidst the pandemic. By this, the Airline has proved to be  the pioneer and an epitome of continental and global solidarity."  

Being at the forefront of the combat field against COVID-19, Ethiopian has transported the most needed medical supplies to over 80 countries since the outbreak.  

Ethiopian was one of the few airlines that didn’t quit operation despite border closures and travel restrictions by countries due to the pandemic. As a result, the airline reunited more than 63 thousand stranded citizens of different countries with their families and loved ones. 

According to the International Air Transport Association's (IATA) World Air Transport  Statistics report, Ethiopian Airlines has been ranked among the top 25 leading global cargo transporters. In addition, it has been ranked 21st in scheduled Cargo Tonne  Kilometres (CTKs) and 19th by scheduled freight tonnes carried.

Icelandair expects a demand boost this winter......


Over the last few months and weeks,  the leading Icelandic carrier Icelandair has been slowly increasing its operations as demand for travel slowly rises as more and more people in more and more countries are getting vaccinated against coronavirus.  Plus, as the vaccine rollout takes place at pace, travel restrictions are being lifted and borders reopened.  

As the travel market is gradually getting back to a more normal level, Icelandair is now adjusting its winter schedule for 2021-2022 to include 25 destinations in its international network. The airline is boosting flights to Europe and North America, with around 160 departures per week from Keflavik International Airport on its winter timetable.  

The current status of the pandemic and continued travel restrictions resulted in slightly lower demand than anticipated when Icelandair Group’s results for the second quarter were published a little while ago and at that time, the firm expected capacity in the fourth quarter 2021 to reach 70-80% of the company's 2019 production.  But, a steady ramp-up is expected to continue through Q4 and into 2022 and the airline's winter schedule currently counts for capacity of around 65% of its 2019 production and around 75% of its 2019 capacity in Q1 2022. In comparison, the capacity level in August was 50% of the capacity level in August 2019.

Bogi Nils Bogason, President and CEO of Icelandair Group:  "We have been able to steadily ramp up our operations over the past weeks. We expect this development to continue into the winter although we have adjusted our schedule to current demand. The key strength of Icelandair remains our flexibility to be able to adapt quickly to the situation in our markets at any given time."

Flying with QantasLink is about to get a whole lot more entertaining......

Flying with the Australian regional and local carrier QantasLink is about to get a whole lot more entertaining.  The airline's jet aircraft are all set to get a bit of an entertaining upgrade from the end of this month. 

For the first time passengers travelling on more than 50 Boeing 717, Fokker 100, Airbus A320 and service partner Alliance Airline’s Embraer E190 aircraft will soon be able to stream more than 2,500 hours of premiere movies including Cruella and Black Widow, binge-worthy TV series such as Billions and Mare of Easttown and audiobooks via the Qantas Entertainment app to their own personal device.

QantasLink passengers will also have access to even more content through the carrier's streaming partner Stan, including exclusive TV shows and Stan Original films. Plus it is all quite simple to do,  as the app can be downloaded for free from the Apple Store and Google Play prior to departure. Additionally, inflight entertainment can be accessed via a browser for anyone who does not have the app loaded on their device.


Qantas Group Chief Customer Officer Stephanie Tully said when the rollout was complete, inflight entertainment would be available on up to 180 Qantas and QantasLink aircraft.  "Customers tell us they value being able to take time for themselves inflight to catch up on their favourite TV shows or watch movies they didn’t get to see at the cinema."

This massive investment by Qantas will mean more of the group's customers will have access to inflight entertainment, particularly when travelling to smaller regional centres and state capitals.

Tully continued "In a normal year, our customers watch more than 20 million hours of movies and TV shows while flying with us, so we know our streaming service is incredibly popular, especially on longer domestic routes.  In addition to inflight entertainment, Qantas customers and Frequent Flyers enjoy our premium service when they travel with us, whether it’s complimentary food and drinks, baggage, fast and free Wi-Fi or access to a network of 35 lounges around Australia.

With Australia’s vaccination rollout gaining momentum we expect the demand for travel will quickly return as restrictions ease. Improvements like this will make it even better when it does." 

The entertainment upgrade has already started, one of QantasLink’s A320 aircraft was fitted out last week and the streaming technology will be progressively installed right across all QantasLink jet aircraft, with the entire fleet covered by the second half of 2022.

Inflight entertainment via the Qantas Entertainment App is currently offered on QantasLink’s dual-cabin 717 aircraft and the Qantas 737 and A330 fleets that fly domestically. The 737s and domestic A330s also feature free, high-speed WiFi.

Dutch airline KLM drops key U.S. destinations from its winter schedule over health fears

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has confirmed it has dropped some key U.S. destinations from its winter schedule because of health fears. The airline is axing flights to and from Miami, Orlando and Las Vegas between the end of October and 26th March next year.

The move is a direct result of the recent decision by the Dutch government to name the U.S. as a very high-risk area regarding the coronavirus which means that vaccinated travellers from the U.S. who hold a negative test certificate or recovery certificate will also have to spend an additional ten days in quarantine in the Netherlands.  

The airline is not happy with the decisions taken by the government and whilst it believes health and fighting COVID-19 are paramount, measures taken must be proportionate. KLM bemoans the fact that other European nations are not, at least not yet, putting on such strict restrictions for U.S. Travellers. 

The airline says "The decision by the Dutch government is a big step backwards for KLM. As a result, KLM is forced to remove the proposed new flights from Amsterdam to Orlando, Miami and Las Vegas this winter (October 31, 2021, through March 26, 2022)"    KLM says it has started to notify the majority of its customers that will be affected by the sudden cancellation of these flights.

Phuket re-joins route network for Jetstar Asia.....

Jetstar Asia has restarted flights to the popular leisure destination Phuket, with the first flight taking off on Friday 3rd September.   The airline confirmed it has restarted the route with flights on Fridays and Sundays, with the possibility of adding more flights depending upon demand.

The route is part of the Thai Government’s ‘sandbox scheme’, where travellers fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are able to visit Phuket without the need to quarantine.

Clive Ashmore Butler, Head of Commercial said it was great to resume services to the stunning Thai island, with the launch representing an important milestone in the rebuilding of Jetstar Asia’s network. "As we see border restrictions start to ease, it is fantastic to be able to take advantage of important initiatives like the Phuket sandbox scheme and to play a pivotal role in rebuilding the tourism industry across the region -  We know low fares travel will drive the aviation industry’s recovery and as a leading low-cost carrier we are committed to seeking opportunities that allow us to provide our customers with more options to reconnect with families and friends or simply to take a much-needed holiday."

The remaining 7 nights can be spent in Ko Phi Phi, Ko Ngai or Railay in Krabi, Khao Lak or Ko Yao in Phang-Nga, or Ko Samui, Ko Pha-ngan or Ko Tao in Surat Thani."

United Airlines has become the first U.S. carrier to take Coronavirus COVID-19 vaccines into Ghana


The U.S. mega carrier, United has become the first U.S. carrier to take COVID-19 vaccines into Ghana with the support of its partners at UNICEF and DSV. This past weekend, the airline has flown over 1 million doses of vaccines from Washington Dulles (IAD) to Accra (ACC) for local distribution.

Providing equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines is key to bringing this pandemic to an end. United is honoured to be a part of UNICEF’s Humanitarian Initiative, COVAX and is committed to doing everything it can to bring these critically needed shipments to communities all over the world.

Norwegian saw positive results in the second quarter of 2021, whilst passenger numbers increase during August.


The financially troubled Norwegian reported recently that its second-quarter results were positive and showed significant signs of improvement as the carrier implements its restructuring and improvement plan. 

Of course, like almost all airlines, its operations in the quarter have been impacted by the continuing coronavirus pandemic, however, the budget firm has seen demand increasing in recent weeks.  The airline has also seen the successful completion of a reconstruction process and the subsequent NOK 6 billion equity raised to help finance the firm as it reestablishes itself as a short-haul only airline.  


Geir Karlsen, CEO of Norwegian, said: “The H1 financial report and Q2 results mark a clear improvement in both the financial situation, due to lower operating costs and the successful completion of the reconstruction process of the company, and the gradual ramp-up of our operations in response to increased passenger demand.”

Part of the main key highlights of the second quarter included: - Profit before tax (EBT) was NOK 1,590 million in the first half of 2021, compared with a loss of NOK 4,792 million in the same period in 2020. For the first half of 2021, production (ASK) was reduced by 94 per cent compared to the same period last year. Total revenue in the first half of 2021 was NOK 591 million, compared with NOK 7,138 million in the same period last year, a decrease of 92 per cent. Unit revenue increased by 22 percent following a yield increase of 93 per cent and a decreased load factor by 28.8 percentage points. The average sector length decreased by 62 percent. At the end of the first half of 2021, the total fleet comprised 51 aircraft. Up to 32 aircraft were operational during the first half of 2021 due to travel restrictions and lower demand.

In the second quarter of 2021, the company successfully exited the examinership and reconstruction process which improved equity by NOK 10.7 billion.

A warm welcome for ParalympicsGB fresh from Paralympic success from British Airways

The UK's British Airways welcomes home the final athletes from ParalympicsGB after their triumph at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic games, with the flight due to land in London today at 1920.

Athletes have been returning home from Tokyo throughout the past week with a total of 124 medals including 41 gold, 38 silver and 45 bronze weighing a combined total of 63.946kg.


To celebrate the team’s success British Airways, will be giving all medal winners an executive card status to match the medal that they won in Tokyo.

The final flight home has athletes from the archery, athletics, badminton, boccia, shooting, canoeing and the men’s wheelchair basketball team.

BA has worked tirelessly to ensure that it got the team and all of their equipment to and from Tokyo safely, flying 468 passengers, 429 wheelchairs and mobility equipment, 209 bikes, 4381 bags and sporting equipment, including 58 oversized items.

Tom Stevens, British Airways’ Director of Brand and Customer, said: “Everyone at British Airways couldn’t be prouder of ParalympicsGB and their incredible achievements at Tokyo 2020. Like the Team GB athletes before them, they have lifted the spirits of the nation after a difficult year. Airbus’ new Single-Aisle Airspace cabin enters into service with Lufthansa Group

The German airline Lufthansa has started operations with its first A320 Family aircraft – an A321neo – featuring Airbus’ new Single-Aisle Airspace cabin. In doing so, the airline becomes the first operator in Europe to introduce the new Airspace cabin features for passengers on board A320 Family aircraft. In 2018 Lufthansa Group, a long-time A320 Family customer, chose to equip more than 80 of its new A320 Family aircraft on order from Airbus with Airspace cabins.

The new Airspace features include: slimmer sidewall panels for extra personal space at shoulder level; better views through the windows with their redesigned bezels and completely integrated window shades; the largest overhead bins for 60% more bags; the latest full LED lighting technologies; LED-lit ‘entrance area’; and new lavatories with hygienic touchless features and antimicrobial surfaces.

“Lufthansa has once again made a choice of innovation and passenger appeal, raising the bar for the flying public at large to experience next-level, Airbus leading cabin innovations”, said Christian Scherer, Airbus Chief Commercial Officer and Head of International. “I am delighted to welcome one of our long term partners, Lufthansa, to become the first European operator for the A320neo Family Airspace cabin. Does better governance for aviation's sustainability mean better financial rewards?

To discuss sustainability in the aviation industry the conversation also needs to address the subject of governance writes Chairman of the Board Of Avia Solutions Group Gediminas Ziemelis.
According to a sustainability report from the ICSA (International Coalition for Sustainable Aviation) aviation emissions amount to 2.1% of the global share, however, when non-CO2 emissions are introduced into the equation aviation contributes an estimated 4.9% to the overall global warming problem.

While the figures may seem daunting, the question needs to be asked; is the aviation sector being over-vilified at a time when governance regarding sustainability in the industry has never been so focused?

Major stakeholders in the aviation sector are being faced with the need to comply with the long-term decarbonisation goals being set by governments. But it seems that the governance of these goals is a moveable feast, with global governmental regulations still to be unified.

Even before the Paris Agreement on climate change came into force, aviation – a traditionally conservative industry – had already set in motion its own proactive governance to halve CO2 emissions by 2050; a figure which later matched the Paris Agreement's goal to limit global temperature rises to below 20C.


Additionally, in 2016, and working as a united body, the ICAO decided to adopt a market-based global measure for aviation emissions – CORSIA, the Carbon Offset and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation. The scheme, it is envisaged, will allow the aviation sector to cut its CO2 emissions by 2.5 billion tons between 2005 and 2035. This target will be reached through US$40 billion investment in carbon-reduction products backed by solid governance procedures.

The pre-emptive attention being paid to governance on sustainability right across the industry only serves to strengthen stakeholder and investor confidence in the future of aviation. Good governance also creates an environment equipped to identify, and profit from changes within the industry.

Already, investors are actively pursuing opportunities with businesses that promote sustainability in aviation backed by proper governance procedures. It has been established that the sustainable aviation fuel market alone will be worth $15,307 million by 2030, a hugely significant increase from $66 million in 2020.

Southwest Airlines Donates $150,000 to Disaster Relief Organizations

                      Southwest Airlines has announced a donation of $150,000 to its national disaster relief partners, American Red Cross, Feeding America®, and Team Rubicon. This financial commitment is fulfilled through the Southwest Airlines® Foundation, a corporate-advised fund within the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Southwest Airlines is pleased to partner annually with American Red Cross, Feeding America, and Team Rubicon, to support efforts focused on preparedness, response, and resilience. The carrier is providing a $50,000 grant to each of these organizations, to assist with relief operations from the recent refugee resettlements, wildfires, earthquakes, and tropical storms including the latest, Hurricane Ida.

The Moldovan airline FlyONE has announced increases in its flight operations to Russia for this autumn and winter period.

Aeroflot and Russian Post expand cooperation to ramp up airmail transportation

Aeroflot and Russian Post have expanded cooperation to increase mail volumes transported by air. A memorandum to seal the deal was signed by CEOs of the two Companies Mikhail Poluboyarinov and Maksim Akimov during the Eastern Economic Forum.

Aeroflot and Russian Post look to speed up and facilitate mail delivery, ramp up airmail volumes, primarily in online orders shipment segment.  

The companies are set to boost economic efficiency of transportation through expanding  international postal exchange offices in Sheremetyevo and other Russian airports. To achieve this the Companies plan to enhance and modernize the facilities, introduce new technologies to speed up international mail handling and launch joint transit operations.

Aeroflot and Russian Post look to expand the geography of airmail transportation as part of interline agreements of PJSC Aeroflot. Thus, mail can be transported on aircraft operated by Aeroflot’s partner airlines to points not serviced by Aeroflot’s own flights.

Norwich Airport submits Imperial Park planning application


Norwich Airport has submitted a planning application for up to 120,000 square meters of new development at Imperial Park, located on the north side of the airport.

The application, which was the subject of public consultation over the summer, has been submitted to Norwich City Council and Broadland District Council.

The plans seek to renew the planning consent obtained for Imperial Park in 2020, with an increased amount of proposed total floorspace, from 95,000 square metres to 120,000 square metres. Consistent with the previous consent, the floorspace will be split equally between aviation related development and general employment development.

The increase responds to a desire by local authorities to see land safeguarded for aviation uses, and national and local planning policies to make the best use of brownfield land.

The application is mostly in outline for 37 hectares of land, with detailed proposals for a new access off Broadland Northway immediately to the north.

Volga-Dnepr delivered over 110 tons of essential cargo to Porte-au-Prince following the devastating earthquake in Haiti

Volga-Dnepr Group - one of the international leaders for humanitarian logistics, has delivered over 110 tons of essential cargo to Porte-au-Prince following the devastating earthquake in Haiti which hit the county on the 14th of August.


The Group was able to adapt its fleet of versatile freighters and organize two charter flights – aboard An-124-100 and Il-76TD-90VD – to deliver relief cargo which included tents, water purifiers, mobile kitchens and general cargo will help the national population to overcome the difficult times and stay healthy.

Pauli Immonen, Deputy Director Healthcare and Humanitarian, highlights: ‘In times of emergency, there is no time to waste - this is the rule of thumb we follow when we get humanitarian requests. Thanks to aligned and long-standing relations with freight forwarders, brokers, NGOs, humanitarian agencies, airport authorities and other stakeholders we guarantee a fast and seamless response and organize life-saving air transport to almost any region or country of the world’.

Those first two flights from Madrid and Liege Airport had cargo from several United Nations agencies, national and International Red Crosses and many International Non-Governmental Organizations supported by several European Governments. The Group keeps on working with the partners to transport other essential cargo to Haiti and plans on operating more flights to the region in need.

The Group’s emergency aid and relief operations date back to the 1990s when it started organizing its charter flights with relief cargo aboard to help population in needs to overcome the consequences of natural and man-made disasters.

SWISS launches ‘Best of SWISS Taste of Switzerland’

For six months from today onwards, Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) will be offering Business and First Class travellers on its long-haul services from Switzerland selected creations from top Swiss-based chefs who have participated in the airline’s ‘SWISS Taste of Switzerland’ inflight culinary programme over the past few years. The dishes, which are accompanied as usual by Swiss regional wines and speciality cheeses, reflect the broad variety of Switzerland’s cuisine. Of the 70 guest chefs drawn from all the country’s cantons who have been spotlighted on board since the award-winning programme began back in 2002, Silvia Manser, Silvio Germann, Jean-Marc Soldati, Mike Wehrle, Thomas Amstutz, Hans-Jörg and Anja Zingg, Franck Reynaud, Christian Kuchler, Lorenzo Albrici and Rolf Hiltl are currently featured aloft.

“Meat Love” – meatloaf with morel sauce Mashed potato, green beans, bacon and spring onions
SWISS First travellers can look forward to two dishes from Mike Wehrle of Bürgenstock Hotels & Resorts: a starter of marinated lobster with pecorino cheese and cauliflower panna cotta, followed by veal tenderloin with black truffle sauce. The choice of main courses further includes sautéed cod with seafood nage and potato and fennel brandade, the creation of Silvio Germann of IGNIV by Andreas Caminada in Bad Ragaz. The SWISS First menu is rounded off by a choice of two desserts which includes a blueberry slice with chocolate crumble and Appenzeller beer ice cream by Silvia Manser of Restaurant Truube in Gais.

First Class guests are further treated to a selection of speciality Swiss cheeses that include an Aletsch Grand Cru from Canton Valais and a Swiss Style 10, which is Switzerland’s homage to Britain’s Stilton cheese. The choice of Swiss wines on offer extends to a Chasselas Clos du Boux 2020 Grand Cru Epesses from Luc Massy of Canton Vaud and a Ligornetto 2018 DOC Ticino red from Luigi Zanini of Canton Ticino.

For SWISS Business travellers, the choice of SWISS Taste of Switzerland starters newly extends to a vegetarian option: a beetroot tabbouleh with green pea guacamole from Zurich’s Hiltl vegetarian restaurant, which is offered alongside a Balik salmon sashimi with avocado, cucumber and wasabi vinaigrette by Christian Kuchler of the Taverne zum Schäfli in Wigoltingen. Business Class guests have a choice of main courses, too, which includes a ‘Meat Love’ meatloaf with morel sauce created by Anja and Hans-Jörg Zingg of the el paradiso Mountain Club in St. Moritz. The menu concludes with the sweet delight of a cheesecake with chocolate sponge and citrus fruits by Franck Reynaud of the Hostellerie du Pas de l’Ours in Crans-Montana.

The speciality cheeses on offer to SWISS Business guests include a Passo dello Spluga from the Splügen Alpine Dairy and a Fette Berta by Ueli Moser from the Seeland region. The choice of Swiss wines extends to a Château de Châtagneréaz 2019 Chasselas from Canton Vaud and a Syrah Classique AOC 2019 from the Domaine Jean-René Germanier in Canton Valais.

A new Business Class service concept for a more individual flight experience

SWISS now also offers its Business Class travellers a new and more individualized service concept on all long-haul flights. In addition to the traditional ‘restaurant’ service in which the meals are served one course at a time, guests can now take advantage of a new ‘casual dining’ option in which they receive their starter, main course and dessert together and at a time of their choosing. The new service options, which are introduced today, enable the guest to tailor their inflight experience even more closely to their specific wishes and needs.

In a further innovation, the additional service shortly before landing has been replaced by a new ‘SWISS Bistro’ concept. This consists of a new bistro menu inviting guests to choose from a range of hot items (such as a Swiss prime beef burger with coleslaw salad), cold items and snacks according to their individual tastes and hunger at any time after the main service until shortly prior to landing.

Philippine Airlines confirms restructuring programme.....


Philippine Airlines has confirmed this week that it has entered into a series of agreements with substantially all of the Company’s lenders, lessors, and aircraft and engine suppliers, as well as its majority shareholder, to allow the Company to successfully restructure and reorganize its finances to navigate the COVID-19 crisis and emerge as a leaner and better-capitalized airline.

Flights to continue uninterrupted and all valid tickets, vouchers, refund applications and Mabuhay Miles to be honored
Agreements with majority of lessors, lenders and other creditors for over US$2.0 Billion in payment reductions and other changes from the permanent restructuring of the PAL balance sheet
Infusion of US$505 Million of new debt and equity funding from existing shareholder and domestic commercial banks to provide sufficient liquidity during recovery
Arrangement for US$150 Million of additional debt financing from global private investors to facilitate post-restructuring activities
Voluntary pre-arranged filing in the US under Chapter 11 to implement restructuring plan
Recognition of the U.S. filing in the Philippines under Financial Rehabilitation and Insolvency Act (FRIA)
Ongoing trade creditors and suppliers, are expected to be unimpaired by the restructuring plan
Passengers and employees are unaffected by the restructuring

The restructuring plan, which is subject to court approval, provides over US$2.0 Billion in permanent balance sheet reductions from existing creditors and allows the airline to consensually contract fleet capacity by 25% and includes US$505 Million in long-term equity and debt financing from PAL’s majority shareholder and US$150 Million of additional debt financing from new investors.

Air Canada to restart flights between Toronto's Billy Bishop Airport and Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport


Air Canada has confirmed it will resume services between Toronto's city centre Billy Bishop Airport on Toronto Island and Montreal with five daily flights from next Wednesday.

The airline says seats are on sale now and the flights will be operated by Dash 8-400s by Jazz and passengers will get a complimentary snack and drink during the flights. 

"We are pleased to restart our operations at Billy Bishop airport and offer our customers the choice to fly in and out of Toronto Island, which is popular among business travellers for its proximity to the city centre and its ability to connect travellers to our global network through Montreal. Our schedule enables travellers to conveniently fly between Montreal and Toronto Island Airport up to five times per day, linking the two key business and cultural centres as we continue to play our part to reinvigorate Canada's economy. We look forward to welcoming our customers back on board and expanding our daily service as more traffic returns," said Mark Galardo, Senior Vice President, Network Planning and Revenue Management at Air Canada.

Air Canada offers its customers a complimentary shuttle bus service between downtown and Toronto City Airport. The shuttle brings travellers to and from the west entrance of The Fairmont Royal York Hotel, located at the corner of Front and York streets, directly across from Union Station.
