Boeing delivered 29 737 MAX jets in May

The U.S. planemaker Boeing reported on Tuesday that it had delivered 29 737 MAX single-aisle jets to customers during May, despite a number of issues surrounding its supply chain and according to local commentators, a new whistleblower report to regulators over 'unsound practices.'

The firm has also delivered one of the last new 747 jets to ever be made, a freighter version to Atlas Air and the cargo planes didn't stop there, Boeing also delivered three 777Fs. In total, the firm handed over 35 aircraft in May,  which is double the amount during May of last year, but below what it had hoped for.

Air Models have produced a number of great replica model aircraft featuring many airlines and aircraft types, including this beautiful-looking KLM Boeing 747. Available to purchase here.

Boeing says it has an order backlog of 4,192, Boeing, however, that number is expected to reduce significantly when cancellation negotiations with a leading aircraft leasing firm have been concluded.

Air Models have a range of aircraft models, including some special 737 MAX models, including this one in the colours of flydubai.

Other airlines featured include Air ChinaXiamen Air and China Southern
