In line with Singapore requirements, only fully vaccinated passengers (exceptions for passengers 12 years and below) who meet all the necessary conditions can travel on these flights. Medical exemptions are not accepted.
Transit passengers:
Transiting passengers can also make bookings on VTL services (with the exception of VTL services from Kuala Lumpur) for travel via Singapore but must adhere to the relevant transit measures and processes.
Passengers must show proof of vaccination and can only travel with an airline whose transfer routes have been approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
Transfer and transit passengers are not allowed to travel on designated VTL services between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
