London Gatwick back on the schedule for Canadian airline WestJet


London Gatwick is back on the schedule for Canadian airline WestJet, the carrier confirmed recently. The service will be flown on the airlines Boeing 787 Dreamliner twin jets and is scheduled to operate twice a week from Calgary and three times a week from Toronto, starting next month.

"With flights set to begin later this summer, we look forward to helping connect Canadians to their loved ones in Europe, while continuing to provide affordable options for those who want to visit or reconnect with friends and family across our great country."

WestJet's 787 unique characteristics


The WestJet 787 Dreamliner has smart sensors that detect turbulence and are designed to reduce motion sickness eightfold, according to Boeing.
