Prague welcomes Emirates after a gap of several months

Prague Airport said a warm welcome back yesterday to Dubai based Emirates Airlines that after a break of several months finally resumed its operations to Prague Airport.  The gulf carrier will operate the long-haul route between Prague and Dubai by Boeing 777-300ER operating three times a week, every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.

Emirates currently flies to more than 65 destinations and provides connections between Africa, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region with connecting flights in Dubai. The carrier also offers its customers free financial coverage for treatment or mandatory quarantine in the event of Coronavirus  COVID19 during their travels.

Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Chief Commercial Officer said: “We’ve seen an uptick in customer interest and demand since the announcement of Dubai’s re-opening, and also with the increased travel options that we offer as we gradually re-establish our network connectivity. We continue to work closely with all stakeholders to resume flight operations while ensuring that all necessary measures to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and employees are in place.”

As travellers mull over their summer vacation plans, Emirates and Dubai is sending out the clear message that tourists are welcome to enjoy the city’s many attractions, with various measures put in place for safe visits and smooth travels.

Tourists can easily apply for visas in advance or get their visa stamped on arrival if they hold a passport from one of 70 countries and territories, as per the entry and immigration regulations that were in place pre-pandemic.
