SAS flights to and from China

SAS, Scandinavia's leading airline, has confirmed that due to the situation in China regarding the Coronavirus, it has decided to prolong the suspension of its flights, to and from Shanghai and Beijing, until February 29th. SAS will also close sales for all flights to and from Shanghai and Beijing until March 15th. Passengers book on the cancelled flights can apply for a refund or rebook with the airline directly.


At the moment the airline will keep operating its  Hong Kong service as per its regular schedule, these passengers may also rebook or claim a refund.  

The airline flies over 30 million passengers to, from and within Scandinavia each year.  The airline has three main hubs – Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm – with 125 destinations in Europe, USA and Asia. Supported by its Scandinavian Cultural Heritage and sustainable values, SAS is striving it reduce its total carbon dioxide emissions by 25 percent and operate with biofuels corresponding to the total consumption of aviation fuel used in all SAS domestic flights, by the year 2030.
