The UK's most popular travel company Jet2 has announced extra New York trips from Newcastle Airport for winter 2020.
According to the new schedules, people from the northeast will be able to choose from five trips to the big apple direct from Newcastle Airport.
The special four-night trips will be departing from Newcastle on Sunday, November 22, Thursday, November 26, Thursday, December 3, Sunday, December 6 and Thursday, December 17. These excursions form part of the 27 New York trips Jet2 will offer across six of its UK bases for next winter. In total, the firm will be offering 8,500 seats during the winter season.
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2 and Jet2CityBreaks said: "Next winter’s programme of once-in-a-lifetime specials to New York are proving to be extremely popular, so we have responded to that by putting another fantastic trip on sale from Newcastle Airport. This means we have five magical trips to New York on sale from Newcastle next winter, and with Thanksgiving and the Christmas season covered, holidaymakers have never had so much choice when it comes to getting to the Big Apple at this special time of year."
