Sticking with its commitment of offering more flexibility and choice, TUI will also introduce new 10 and 11 night holidays to Spanish favourites Ibiza, Larnaca and Reus, providing even more duration options for customers.

EMA will also see additional flying days to TUI customer favourites such as Kos (Greece), Lanzarote (Canaries), Malaga (Spain) and Dalaman (Turkey), giving holidaymakers even more choice when booking next year’s summer holiday.

TUI UK&I’s Director of Aviation Planning, Karen Switzer said: “Earlier this month we announced an additional two million seats to many holiday destination favourites and today the majority of these seats go on sale for summer 2020. We are delighted that our new additions provide holidaymakers departing from our regional airports with even more choice when deciding where to go next summer on holiday. The customer is at the heart of everything we do and this additional growth to some of our customers' favourite holiday hotspots demonstrates our continued commitment for people to discover their smile with us. “

Karen Smart, East Midlands Airport’s Managing Director, says: “We are delighted TUI is increasing its offer from East Midlands Airport next summer which will ensure continued choice for passengers looking to book their 2020 holiday. It’s also great news that TUI has adopted the Skiathos route which was previously served by Thomas Cook meaning passengers can still visit many of their favourite Greek islands from their local airport.”
