Massive route expansion for Allegiant

The US budget carrier has confirmed it will launch 24 new routes this November marking a major expansion of its growing network.  The airline says the new routes will be a mix of year-round services and seasonal operations.

Included in this avalanche of new routes include services to Pittsburg, Knoxville, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Ashville and  Charlotte from West Palm Beach.

There are new routes from Sarasota to Knoxville, South Bend, Fort Wayne, Des Moines, Flint, Louisville and St Louis (where they will fly into the quieter MidAmerica Airport in Illinois).

Punta Gorda will see new routes to Charleston, Memphis, Norfolk, Sioux Falls and Elmira in New York. While Tuscon gets a new route to Indianapolis and the budget carrier will start a flight from Las Vegas to Fort Collins.
