Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, proudly announces it was named 2019 Airline of the Year by Air Transport Awards, the only international prizes that award all the main categories of the air transport industry. The award was handed over to Stephen Jones, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Wizz Air Hungary, at the 2019 Air Transport Awards Ceremony held in Ekali, Greece.
The 2019 Air Transport Awards are in partnership with Hermes - Air Transport Organisation and ATN - Air Transport News.
Speaking at the award ceremony in Ekali, Stephen Jones, Deputy CEO and Managing Director of Wizz Air Hungary said: “Today marks yet another important milestone for Wizz Air.
