Travellers can enjoy a variety of outdoor adventures, including hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, golfing and water activities. Mont-Tremblant is a great destination in summer and winter, in summer, finding fun is still a walk in the park. Mont-Tremblant boasts 400 lakes and streams, and its vast parks are worth a visit. Lake Moore is open to the public for canoeing, swimming, nature walks and picnics. Mont-Tremblant National Park and Domaine Saint-Bernard offer lots of outdoor activities for the whole family.

Mont-Tremblant is full of great green spaces, like the longest linear park in Canada, Le Petit Train du Nord Linear Park. Constructed from an early 20th-century railway, the park is now a 200 km long bike trail.

Former train stations along the way serve as charming restaurants, pubs and rest stops. In between these stops, you’ll be treated to amazing views of lakes, surrounding mountains, rivers and streams.

Mont-Tremblant also boasts plenty of public beaches, crystal clear waters and an array of aquatic activities. You’ll have no problem taking the plunge at Lac Mercier beach, located in the heart of the Village.

At the foot of Mont-Tremblant, and just 5 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant Resort, you can work on your tan, go for a swim, or even try canoeing or windsurfing on Lac Tremblant. Other sandy beaches in the area offer sailing, kayaking, rafting, wakeboarding and more.

After all of those adventures, head back to town for the Mont-Tremblant Blues Festival. With over 100 free shows, you’re sure to find your groove.
