Santander, situated in the Calabrian region, will be the 45th destination from Bucharest and the 145 destinations in the Wizz Air network.
Wizz Air’s first flight from Bucharest took off in 2007 and since then, the airline has become the leading carrier. In the first 10 months of 2018, WIZZ carried more than 8.3 million passengers on its low fare routes to and from Bucharest, which represents 14.1% growth year over year.
