Alaska Airlines New Service to Austin & Tucson

Alaska Airlines starts a new daily, non-stop service from San Jose, California to Austin, Texas, and Tucson, Arizona. With the addition of these two new extra services, Alaska Airlines now offers service to 18 destinations with a total of 31 daily departures from Mineta San Jose International Airport - morn than any other airline.

"Alaska Airlines continues to meet the needs of Silicon Valley travelers with new daily, nonstop flights from our San Jose focus city to popular destinations like Austin and Tucson," said Annabel Chang, vice president, Alaska Airlines, Bay Area. "With the additional flights, Alaska and Virgin America will offer guests 131 daily nonstop flights to 42 destinations from the three major Bay Area airports by the end of the year."
